Pre-Orders arrive later than from some other places but I know this and the price differences are significant. And sometimes I don’t get a reply at first try when something is up (rarely), but I never had to try more than twice. I’ve received a couple of refunds without trouble, even one that they could have denied. Very friendly. Thank you. 🙏

I did 2 pre orders and didnt got any email, plus you send me a hot toys batman, but i didnt got e mail about it, i just got it at home, i would like you guys send me news about my figures!
