My chicken was fresh and delicious

This is a general review of KFC based on the few orders I've placed in different locations, (Kasi- Vosloorus & Dawnpark, Suburban- Fourways, Midrand & Northgate , CBD- Volkrust, JHB CBD, Vryheid CBD)
1. Taste and Quality
• Kasi (Township) KFC: The taste can sometimes be inconsistent. While the chicken is generally flavorful, there are occasions when it feels a bit greasy or over/undercooked. The sides, like coleslaw and mashed potatoes, might not always be as fresh.
• Suburban KFC: The quality tends to be more consistent. The chicken is usually perfectly crispy and juicy, and the sides are fresh and well-prepared. The overall experience feels more polished. Please keep it up.
• CBD KFC – The service is generally good, but sometimes the meat becomes undercooked, greasy, and very salty during traffic or high demand. Most of the time deserts like ice cream are not available
2. Staff Effort and Service
• Kasi KFC: The service can be hit or miss. There are times when the staff seems disengaged, leading to wait times and occasional mistakes in orders longer. The cleanliness of the outlet might also not be up to standard.
• Suburban KFC: The staff in these areas often provide a more detailed and attentive service. They are generally more polite and efficient, ensuring that orders are accurate and the dining area is clean and welcoming.
• CBD KFC – Staff is generally friendly, but they become irritable and short-tempered when there's traffic. They end up being impatient with the customers.

The two piece chicken in is not nice it doesn't have the right spices, and it doesn't have a plesnt tast

I ordered online and the order went through to KFC Hiillcrest Boulevard in Pretoria.My order was delivered to a wrong address.I never got it.No assisted me in the customer careline as they just said I should fill out a complaint and ask for a refund after 7 days.

My brother passed away earlier tonight. We stopped at KFC Doornpoort, Pretoria for something to eat after leaving the hospital. Maybe it was the puffy eyes, snotty nose or just the bloodshot eyes, but the person that assisted us gave use an extra coleslaw, just to say "hope you have a wonderful evening." We ocassionally stop there, I love coleslaw, so maybe he remembered, maybe he was just being a gentleman.

He would have had no idea what had happened, and it was just a coleslaw, but it was a small act of kindness on a very difficult day that was greatly appreciated.

Wish I paid more attention and got the name tag, but my frame of mind was slightly messed up. Thank you, from order no. 331
