Calm quick and efficient
I needed my two external door locks changing. The person on the phone was very professional in answering my questions and reassuring me about how the process works. A locksmith was booked and arrived within two hours of me phoning the company. The locksmith was calm reassuring and efficient and replaced my bolt locks within about twenty minutes or so. It was easy to pay the bill over the phone and I was left with a copy of the job worksheet, receipt and guarantee for workmanship and obviously the reassurance that my hone was safely secure again. A job well done!!

Great experience
A very thorough, professional & friendly service. Call handler was very helpful. Clearly explained charges. And that they’d call 10 mins ahead of the technician arriving, which they did. The technician (Sabin) arrived on time as arranged.
I had a faulty lock which the technician carefully dismantled and fixed. Explaining what he was doing.
I would definitely use again.

Efficient competent service from…
Efficient competent service from keytek- could have come same day but that was a bit more expensive. They replaced my front door yale lock that had stuck in the locked position. Arrived in the time frame they stated and work done within the quoted price, not the cheapest but still reasonable. However that quoted price didnt include VAT.
