Great all-around experience. Keystone was able to find financing for me when no one else could.

Completely useless. Leads you on with no definite answers, until he's called out on it, then he admits the file was declined and he was "trying to overturn it". Like no bro, a decline is a decline, what are you trying to accomplish other then wasting my time phrases like, "I will have an offer for you shortly" then two days go by without hearing a word.
