Do NOT buy ChatGPT subscriptions from Keys Shop

This has been one of the worst purchase experiences I’ve had.

I bought a ChatGPT Private yearly subscription, and what was delivered is nowhere close to a legitimate or stable service. The so-called “workspace” gets randomly deactivated every few weeks, wiping out access to chats and history without any warning. This completely defeats the purpose of a paid subscription.

Instead of fixing the issue, their “solution” is to keep issuing new workspaces again and again, forcing you to start from scratch every time. In my case, the workspace was deactivated multiple times within a single month. At one point, three times in less than 30 days.

Support is reactive at best and only responds after repeated follow-ups. There is zero accountability and no effort to provide a stable, long-term solution despite selling a “yearly” plan.

I strongly advise staying away from Keys Shop for any subscription service, especially high-value or long-term purchases. What they are offering is unreliable, misleading and not fit for purpose.

Update: The seller only offered their temporary workaround (switching workspaces repeatedly) after asking me to remove this review. When I refused, they stopped responding altogether.

I purchased “Google One Premium Storage For Lifetime - 100GB × 1” from keys-shop.in for ₹2,099 on October 29, 2024 (Order ID: 35406). The product was advertised as a lifetime Google One admin account.

Initially, everything seemed fine. The vendor was responsive on WhatsApp and email.

However, on March 06, 2026, when I logged into the Google One account, the storage plan had already expired. When I contacted the vendor, they said the account only had 1 year warranty, so they cannot help and suggested to buy another plan with additional cost.

After looking into it further, it appears their method works like this:

They create a new Google account with the region set to Turkey.

They subscribe to Google One 100GB plan for TRY 499.99/year (roughly ₹1,000 per year).

They then sell this account claiming it is a “lifetime” plan.

Another important limitation they never clearly mention:

You cannot add your own Gmail account as a family member unless it is also from the Turkey region.

So Indian or other regional Gmail accounts cannot use the storage benefit.

This means you are basically buying a temporary account, not a legitimate lifetime subscription.

Luckily, I only purchased the 100GB plan. I almost bought their “Google One Premium Storage For Lifetime - 2TB” plan for ₹6,799, which would have been a much bigger loss.

They also try to make the offer look more attractive by providing a “freebie” item with an inflated MRP.
In my case, they included a “FastTrack Silver Dial Analog Watch (Freebie)” claiming an MRP of ₹4,000. However, the watch quality was extremely poor and looked like a cheap ₹200 Chinese watch with a branded label like Fastrack. The strap broke on the very first day.

Two years ago, I purchased a Dropbox plan advertised as providing up to 300 TB of lifetime storage linked to my own email. However, the seller has now refused to deliver the product. Their usual practice was to provide a trial account that lasted 2–3 weeks, after which I had to follow up to get my email added to a group so the storage could continue. The same issue occurred last week, and when I requested to be re‑invited to another team, I was told they could no longer fulfill the service. I then asked for a refund, but I have not received any response.

I am sharing this review as a public warning based entirely on my personal experience with Keys-Shop.in under Invoice #48194.

I purchased a 1-Year ChatGPT Pro access, and from the very first minutes, the service failed repeatedly. It did not function even for 4–6 continuous hours, let alone one complete day. The login kept breaking, OTP codes never arrived, and the account repeatedly showed access errors and sudden deactivation.

During every single attempt to resolve the issue, I was told the same line:
“Wait sir, we are fixing.”
But nothing was actually fixed. Days of waiting resulted in the same failures again and again.

I was provided with multiple different login credentials, but each of them stopped working shortly after being given. Some credentials showed “incorrect password,” some required OTPs that I never received, and one account eventually showed that it was deleted. None of the accounts functioned reliably or matched what was presented on the website.

The service I received did not correspond to the features, stability, or reliability advertised, and the replacement promised to me was not delivered despite repeated requests. Based on this experience, the product did not meet the minimum expectations of a paid digital service.

Due to the lack of a working solution or proper support, I was forced to submit:
• A Cybercrime complaint through the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal
• A formal bank dispute / chargeback
• A full documentation report including login failures, chat records, and screenshots

All of my actions are strictly based on documented evidence and the repeated service failures I experienced.

I am writing this review to share my experience with Keys-shop.in.
I purchased from Google One from them on 24/12/2023 (Order #22723_23122439, Keys Shop #22723, CCAvenue Ref #113121127379) after they explicitly assured me that the product included a lifetime warranty.
However, when I recently reached out for support, they refused to help and claimed that my warranty had “expired,” which directly contradicts their original promise. Had they not guaranteed lifetime coverage, I would not have purchased from them.

This is not the first time I have faced this issue with them. Previously, I had to escalate the matter to CCAvenue and Trustpilot before they responded. It is extremely disappointing that the same issue has occurred again.
Such inconsistency and refusal to honour commitments make it very hard to trust this seller. I urge Keys-shop.in to stand by their lifetime warranty promise and resolve this issue without further excuses.

I paid for what was advertised as a lifetime subscription to Perplexity, only to find it expired after 12 months. I also purchased Adobe Pro, which never worked as intended, and customer service offered no real help in resolving the issues. Both experiences were frustrating and felt like a complete waste of money. Don’t be misled by the attractive pricing — it’s simply not worth it.

Updates at 26/10/25:

I emailed their support to request assistance and resolution, as their subscription service clearly did not meet the advertised standards. Unfortunately, I received no response or acknowledgment from their team.

This lack of communication and customer support is very disappointing and does not reflect well on the company’s promises. I hope Megacodes takes responsibility to honor their commitments and improve their customer service. Until then, I would caution others considering their offers for the risk of unfulfilled service and poor support.
