While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Subscriber beware

I set up a subscription with KeyNutrients and then later opted to cancel my subscription. When I went back to the website, there is no way to cancel a subscription. They only have a customer service email. I sent my first email on 7/22/25 asking how I could cancel my subscription. After no response, I sent another email on 8/2/25—no response. Another email on 8/6/25-no response.
Finally, on 8/17 I was able to locate an 800 number for them and upon calling the number, a cheery recorded voice said that they no longer were providing customer service via the phone and that all customer service issues needed to be handled via email. If the red flags had not been flying by now, I am not sure what else would need to happen.
I contacted my credit card company and put in a dispute for any upcoming or re-occurring charges. Next, I sent another email on 8/18, my 4th email to Keynutrients and decided to CC the email to the Attorney General in Arizona where KeyNutrients is located. Also in the email I included that I planned to contact the BBB in their area.
I guess this finally got their attention. I received an email that day, 8/18, letting me know they would cancel my subscription.
Final thoughts—it should not have taken all of this work to cancel a subscription, but maybe this is KeyNurtrients new plan—allow customers to get a subscription but do not allow them to cancel, discontinue any phone support and then not respond to customer service emails.

KeyNutrients.com no way to cancel order or remove credit card information on the site

I have a subscription for KeyNutrients Electrolyte powder through KeyNutrients.com. Previously I had a subscription through Amazon but was excited to support the company directly. On their website there is no way to edit or change your account information including cancelling or editing subscription orders. The account information I have access to only shows me previous orders. The only way to see your subscription is to log out and select a different link only accessible through the log in page. The subscription page does not show active subscriptions though and shows everything as inactive. But even on this page there is no option to edit orders or even payment information. I am not able to remove my credit card information from my account or modify/cancel my order. The only information provided for updating account information or cancelling an order on the website is to submit a request form or send an email request to their general customer service email. Aside from that the only way to stop the credit card charges for an order that the website says is inactive is to file a report with my bank. It is unacceptable for a company to not have a way for me to remove my credit card information or cancel/edit an order.
