Excellent Service from Keylite

A huge thank you to Chloe and the Keylite team for the excellent service we received. Chloe was incredibly helpful and patient in arranging the appointment, and the engineers who attended were polite, professional and a real credit to the company.

They quickly identified the cause of the problem with our attic window, completed the necessary repairs and resealing, and clearly explained the work, giving us complete reassurance that the issue had been resolved.

Ironically, we had our first rain for some time shortly after they left and, so far, the window appears completely fixed!

I have had a very positive experience working with Alicia Chan at Keylite Roof Windows. From my initial enquiry and guidance on selecting the right blinds, through to resolving an issue with my order and following up on a new order, Alicia has been incredibly helpful and professional throughout.

She made the whole process easy and stress-free for both my husband and me, and we are delighted with the quality of the products.

The product despite being made to measure don’t fit and broke when we tried to get into the fittings. Very expensive and no return possible so very disappointed

Original window had damage to the inner pine frame, had to repackage it and wait for it to be collected as a return. Replacement took 2 weeks to deliver, arrived scratched and damage to the outer grey metal flashings. So, in summary this company are very poor at properly checking their products BEFORE they pack them, just sending this rubbish out anyway, causing delays to builders and projects. Do not recommend using them In afraid. Customer services good, product packing in the warehouse absolutely shocking.

Lee and Phil have been out twice to mend my velux window. On both occasions, they were very professional and friendly. They carried out the work to high expectations and fitted me a new window without hesitation.
Customer service were also excellent.

Really pleased with the solar blind, had to chase for delivery and no notification of being delivered.

I ordered a blackout blind online based on the product serial number on my window frame but for inexplicable reasons the blind that arrived was too small and, indeed smaller than stated on its packaging.

I got in touch with Kritika Saini at Keylite who had processed my original order. Our telephone conversation resulted in the outcome I was seeking. The incorrect blind was collected and a few days later the new blind arrived.

I am pleased to say the new blind fits perfectly.

Well done to Kritika for getting this resolved promptly to my satisfaction.

Emailed with an issue on a window long out of warranty. I didn’t expect anything for nothing but Chloe made contact and offered replacement springs for free. I’ve always rated and recommended Keylite, and this confirms great windows AND great customer service. Thanks Chloe and Keylite.

Excellent customer service from Ryan Taylor who came to adjust our six Keylite windows on our new build home, as the builders had not installed them correctly. Ryan was a real expert in his field, professional and helpful. I would highly recommend Keylite.

I was helped by Chloe today from the customer care team and she went above and beyond to help me with an installation fault, so I could relay the issue and required fix to our developer. Just brilliant 🙂

It has been such a pleasure to deal with this company. The after sales service is second to none and I am more than happy to recommend Keylite products.
I have to give a special mention to Kritika who’s prompt reply and positive solution to my problem was very much appreciated.

The original order for one of their electric flat roof windows arrived with instructions for installing a manual version. Delivery was poor, claiming certain parts had not passed their quality requirements. Twice had engineers in to correct faults, methods of installation differed between the reps. one discarding certain parts stating they were only there for use when manual. Subsequent installation of an electric blind also had issues that were unresolved by their engineers. Blind eventually failed by spline coming loose and blind no longer functioning. On contacting keylite for support they informed me that as it was purchased in 2019 it was no longer under warranty, so much for the 10 year warranty. I managed to repair the spline but now the tension guides have become stretched and worn out and no long close the blind fully.

The most accurate measure of any company is not how good it is at what it says it does but how well it manages situations that are unplanned. In any complex organisation things will not always go to plan. How a company deals with that is critical. My experience with Keylite Roof windows is that despite the fact that it was me , the customer, who unwittingly caused a problem with installing my order the issue was resolved without fuss or delay in a calm and highly professional way by the internal sales team. Abie is a credit to the company. We have always used a competitor of yours but Abie has completely changed that and now we are 90% Keylite ! Not only has she built a fantastic relationship with me and our branch she also builds great relationships with our customers resulting in wins for us both. Proactive and speedy responses always wins over saving a few pence

Keylite are a fantastic roof window company, they couldn’t be made any easier to deal with than with the help of James Street who’s not only one of the best looking window reps out there but he has a genuine interest in the product and a willing to help you with any issues big or small. Couldn’t recommend any more highly!
