Very quick response and easy to understand steps.

Keycafe has come in clutch versus our old way of using IglooHome lockboxes. It hasn't suffered downtown (we expected some downtime) and has been relatively easy for our rental vehicles users to pick up on.

Chiba knew exactly how to fix the problem. I appreciate the prompt and efficient support Keycafe provides. This is a very valuable for any business.

We are using KeyCafe with our real estate agent to help with sale of our home. The system is very handy to have and is based on a great idea actually. As it’s my first time using it I may have done something wrong when I checked my key in last night. My agent could not access my key this morning - and I am out of town. Said, from KeyCafe, was very helpful in troubleshooting and resolving our issue. It may not be the easiest thing to find the contact info for support but they were immediately helpful and after I tried calling they actually called me to see what help I needed. I would highly recommend using this novel system / app!

Key Cafe has simplified anything and everything to with key management and key Audit-never have to worry about paperwork or any issues with keys, and now we can concentrate on other things to help run our business.

Keycafe allows us to provide every user with a unique access code and designated bays for each key set along with report tracking and notification of unreturned keys. It fit all of the needs we wanted in a key tracking system.
Keycafe intuitive interface makes it easy to use for a broad audience especially in our case for a hotel associate team. Our property was online and using the system, less than a day after the equipment arrived on property. Customer service and technical support has been on point and attentive. Not only with response to technical issues, but multiple follow-up to ensure product success. The setup cost and ongoing expense are very competitive when compared to other available options and a main reason Keycafe drew our attention when considering a key management system.
We initially had issues with network connectivity, but our IT team worked with Keycafe to resolve issue in a couple of hours. Given the size of some our key rings in a hotel environment, the bay size on the key café can be challenging to fit certain department keys. We have had to be creative with key sets for our maintenance team.

We use KeyCafe as a digital key management system and are thoroughly satisfied with the solution. We especially appreciate the wide range of automation options and the ability to seamlessly track check-ins and check-outs. Being able to remotely open lockers automatically has made our management much easier and saves us valuable time. The system is intuitive to use, highly reliable, and the support is excellent. We can wholeheartedly recommend KeyCafe—it’s a real asset for modern key management.

Keycafe has made short term Airbnb ownership a breeze. With centrally located box, guests are able to check out keys with an automated code provided with each booking, which eliminates the need for smart locks, or in person key hand offs. In addition, Keycafe’s customers service is absolutely fantastic. Every interaction I have had has been polite, my concerns have been addressed, and follow ups are consistently handled. Thank you!

As I said, we had a very nice first contact, directly started the onboarding, installed 3 devices at 3 different locations and we are still excited about the possibility in our daily business of short term rentals.
