Order Issue at First, Eventually Resolved by Email Support
I ordered a Windows 11 Pro key using cryptocurrency and initially did not receive it. The order was not saved in my account history, so I had to take a screenshot as proof of purchase because the “Print Invoice” and “Download” buttons did not work.
The advertised 24-hour support is mainly a chatbot that directs you to email support, which took some time to get a response.
That said, once I contacted them by email, their support team responded and provided the keys. The issue was eventually resolved, but the ordering system and support process could definitely be improved.

I bought a Windows 11 Pro key from Keywrld on the 28.02 for an amazing price. The first key i received was not accepted/invalid. So I reached out to customer service via E-Mail and got a response withina few hours with a new key. Activated Windows right after, no issues. Sites like Keywrld are an actual savior, considering what Microsoft does to their customers. The reason I had to buy a new W11 Pro key is that the licence I used for the past 7 years, simply wouldn´t be accepted after a fresh windows install. That licence was bought from Microsoft officially, it was digitally tied to my Microsoft account which I have for over 15 years. And somehow all that evidence wasn´t enough for Microsoft to solve my issue with the suddenly "invalid licence key". 5 stars for keywrld, not only for the pricing but customer response time. Absolute recommendation
