The service they provide is over and beyond any other estate agents I've used in the past, Scott Jay really pulled out all the stops, he was with us from the valuation to the completion. I cannot recommend a better Estate agency then Keystones Property.

I have been very impressed with…
I have been very impressed with keystones Collier Row, Romford. Hayley in particular went over and above to sell my mums apartment, we moved away before the sale so we wasn't local but she kept us informed at every stage and when there was problems she persevered and we would highly recommend her to anyone. Thanks Hayley.

No integrity, Lack of Professionalism
This is a review from a buyer's perspective. I have been unprofessionally treated by Keystone Property during a recent purchase that fell through. During the entire process I was lied to by more than one representatives about the seller's intentions about sending the paper work. For 3 weeks I had to call them again and again only to be told not to worry. In the end I was told that seller was trying to buy another property and that did not go through so he is backing away from the sale. This was vital information as throughout I was told that property is not in a chain and the seller intends to leave country. A vital piece of information was not told to me honestly. While they maybe good for sellers please beware if you unfortunately end up as a buyer dealing with them.

They offered a professional, friendly, efficient service and were always on hand to answer any of our questions. We would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property in the area. Great job guys!
