Keydrop just stealed thousands of people
Keydrop says that they freeze the price at the time that a skin was dropped to "protect the users". I got a mp7 bloodsport FT at 4:30 am on oct 23th, and the price on market of the skin was 30 USD you can check on the steam market if needed, but the price was freezed at 2.3 usd, and they dont give a shit to us, they just scammed everyone, and won't do anything about it, at this point a forced chargeback may be a solution to this shit

theyre not letting anybody withdraw their covert skins. Additionally, they added a 90 day automatic sell. They havent changed the prices of the skins u won, so u can only change them for cheap skins not even near the real prices. a real scam

Frozen Value System issue — unable to withdraw $350 worth of skins due to retroactive rule
Hi everyone,
I’m posting this to share my experience with KeyDrop and to ask for transparency regarding the Frozen Value System.
Some time ago, I deposited a Paracord Boreal Forest knife worth around $100 to play on the site. Using that deposit, I obtained several skins — an M4A4 Neo Noir (WW), a P250 See Ya Later (WW), and two FAMAS Roll Cage (WW).
The total market value of these skins today is about $350, but on KeyDrop they are shown as only $19.55. I cannot withdraw them, as the site says they are “unavailable,” and I’m only allowed to trade them for skins worth around $20 through the Skin Changer.
I contacted support several times. Multiple agents replied (Scott, Rosie, Dan, Dean, and finally Blake). I explained clearly that:
My items were deposited before the Frozen Value System was introduced.
I simply want to withdraw my skins or receive fair compensation.
The rule is being applied retroactively, which feels unfair to users who deposited before it existed.
The final answer I received from KeyDrop support was this (quote from Blake):
“Yes, that’s correct, manual reviews or exceptions aren’t possible, even for items deposited or obtained before the Frozen Value System was introduced.”
This means I’m permanently locked out of withdrawing my $350 worth of skins, even though they were earned fairly with items I deposited long before the new rule existed.
I fully understand that KeyDrop wants to ensure fairness and stability, but applying this policy retroactively and preventing users from accessing what they rightfully earned doesn’t seem fair or transparent.
I would really appreciate if a KeyDrop representative or manager could review this situation and offer a reasonable solution. I have full chat logs available for verification.
