Skirt arrived a month later, ordered through Sears. It was hideous, not at ALL as pictured! Very disappointed with this purchase it was $50, I want my money back! I just reached out to the company. Will see how the return goes. Unbelievable!

I ordered 3 dresses. Not only did they take forever to arrive, none of them fit correctly. They were all too small in the shoulder and chest area. They will not allow any returns due to size. The communication with them took very long and there is no phone number found to call them directly. i now have 3 dresses i cannot wear! I will never buy from them again or suggest them to anyone i know. Terrible!
I placed an order over a month ago, which this company quickly took the money from my account but I never received what I had ordered. I tried contacting by phone and email with no success. This is the worst service I have ever experienced . I do not recommend this company at all.
Terrible company. BEWARE. My son ordered a coat as a xmas gift on December 12, 2019, coat arrived on January 8, 2020. You cannot talk to a live person, only emails to customer care. I wore the Jacket on Jan 9th and 10th to go to work, put it back on to leave work and the zipper came off the track. Tried to snap is closed instead and the middle snap keeps opening. I told my son we are sending it back! This jacket is not of good quality and they are not a good clothing business. I am hoping my son can get his money back!
Takes your money, but never ships product. Tried calling customer service, but regardless of day or time they never answer, I tried calling early morning, middle of the night, late morning, early afternoon, mid to late afternoon..... All to no avail.
