Great experience with ketto

It was really very touching for me to write about Ketto, as my brother got my 2nd life due to them. I would like to thank every people of Ketto who are day and night working for needy people and helping them in every possible way to get proper medical treatments and attention.

I used Ketto to raise money for a medical procedure and was amazed at the outpouring of support from friends, family, and even strangers. The platform was easy to use, and I appreciated the ability to share updates and thank donors directly through the website.

One of the best things that Ketto has invented in past years is about animal crowdfunding which has the sense of community it creates. People who may never have met otherwise can come together and bond over their shared love and concern for animals. It's heartwarming to see the outpouring of support from strangers all over the world who are willing to donate to a cause they believe in.

Never ever share your contact details in their platform...This is being exploited as ppl contact us from different organizations and the purpose fails...I made a mistake..never ever do such mistakes.

I have raised ticket for my sip donations. They resolved within 3 business days.

My father was suffering from the cancer and it was a great help from the company and the people who help by financially it was a great help for me for the medicine for my father

They put their ads everywhere Instagram/ YouTube, posting pictures/ videos of people in poor situations ( not judging the people or their circumstances) but there's no warning, on your face, its a really bad way of asking people to help by guilt tripping people. I do my bit by helping people in ngos by contributing through my actions but this is absolutely disappointing.

Please train your team not to speak rudely when a customer refuses to donate to a particular cause. Just because i donate for one cause, Ketto cannot coerce me to donate to another additional cause. The caller said "you can't even donate 100 rupees?". I told him that iam donating to other agencies outside ketto and hence didn't wish to donate beyond the one cause for which i've already registered with Ketto and am donating monthly. Iam not sure if this is rhe caller's fault because they may be under pressure to meet targets, but still, assuming that I will donate for all the causes of ketto is absolutely unfair and impossible.
