No Kettlebell delivered an no refund

I ordered a kettlebell for €160. It was shipped, but for an unknown reason, it was returned from the sorting center to Kettlebell Kings. I have tried to contact them via email, Instagram, and the contact form, but I haven't received any response. The money has also not been refunded. I would like to receive a full refund or the kettlebell.

To avoid

I placed order RKBKEU #641310969 in January. The 40 kg kettlebell I ordered was supposedly in stock. Eight months later, my order had still not been sent to me. Since the beginning of September, I have tried to contact Kettlebell Kings multiple times via their contact form for a refund, but they are not replying.

*** Update of Nov 15th ***
It took over 2 months but I finally received a refund. In the meantime, I could order a 40kg bell from a well-known competitor in a timely fashion an without drama.

Summary: I had a really bad experience with Kettlebell Kings. Do avoid!

Problem solved

Ordered an adjustable kettlebell and I did not get an order confirmation, I started search online and I saw a bunch of negative reviews and it had me worrying.

I contacted customer support, they were slow, but they were helpful. They could tell me I forgot to fill in my email address (weird that I could submit the web form without an email address). They send me the invoice and track and trace, and the KB was already on its way for a couple of days.

So all in all not a bad experience

Very Good service.

I was expecting an item to be restocked, once i got the email from Kettlebellkings, I proceeded with order.
The item were received (abroad, in Greece), in 10 days.
Much pleased with the service.

Good! Will order again.

Ordered through their Amazon.de shop and received the Kettlebell (shipped to Norway!) after 7 business days. It was well packaged and in a nice and new state. Will order again.
