Fake Fake FAKE!!!!
Been scammed trying to buy this product online. They will tell you they cannot do the refund request online, they will give you a call. But never end up calling!

ketoweightloss.com is a pure fake company selling fake products. Also once you give your card details they will scam you and deduct 98 USD every once or twice a month. Pls. keep a safe distance from these websites, they also have different websites to scam you.

Can I put NO STAR at all? This company is purely SCAM. Managed to return my product in November with everything they required but until now i get no refund. They have so many reasons but no money returned at the end. Can anyone tell me how can I report this company so they will be charged for scamming. A BIG NO NO NO to this company!!!

I purchased 5 bottles of Keto BHB and would like to return the products. Order number 26173. I contacted your customer care office 2 days in a row and have not received any information about this. Ann, the so called executive was so rude and hung up on me and stated there was no one else I could talk to. If she is running the business, they will not be succeed. I am reporting your business to the better business bureau for deception in advertising. The treatment of me as a customer has been awful. I am so glad I decided not to do business with this company. I have yet to receive any communication to satisfy this complaint.

Scam.
Have been charged twice - now and month ago.
Buy ordering it automatically transfers to recurring payment - there is no information about it in their home page or before you put a payment.

And I even have not received the first order yet, when already charged for second

90 days return guarantee - you have to send bottles back (if you receive them at all :D), which again is expenses on buyer...

Do not buy!!!

This company relies on dishonest advertising stating that there is an optional subscript when in fact you pay for a subscription with no choice. After sending an email to enquiring about stopping the subscription (as the website had no information regarding cancellation AT ALL). There was no reply in over a week. I then proceeded to call the provided phone number on the website to follow up on this matter. I was firstly connected to an after hours call center company working for the website and he clearly stated he was a third party working for the company after hours as if he knew it would be a complaint. RED FLAG. We were told that the subscription could be cancelled but the refund had to be handled by the main company. One word after calling again during operating hours. USELESS. They take your order ID then proceed to refer you to another number which isn’t applicable for my country of residence but they assure you it is. On top of that.. they are the rudest call center employee I’ve ever encountered.
TL:DR - false advertising, they take your money and don’t resolve a thing

Yet another company who has an affiliate program and pays people to advertise their website and they end up sending you nothing but spam in your email. On the average I get at least 10 pieces of spam junk mail advertising the keto weight loss program! I refuse to support any company it participates and such programs and doesn't take responsibility of the consequences. Any of you who support any of the keto products are helping to pay the spammers to clog your email boxes with junk that we don't want think about that.

Warning!!!!! Do not buy!!! Do not sign up!!! They just take money from your account without authorisation. I was stupid enough to buy their special introductory price and then got charged $280 without authorisation. Had to cancel my card with my bank as there was no way of contacting them. Absolute scam!!!!

If I could give no stars i would. This is the worst "company" ever....If you have used them you should contact your bank to stop them taking further monies from your account...unauthorised. Rather stupidly ordered from them...realized they were a scam...tried to cancel my order within TWO minutes of ordering and was informed that it had already shipped!!!!!! and when I checked my bank account they had taken the funds out...all within two minutes! They took a further sum of money the following morning. When I contacted them they said this was for insurance!!

Its a fraud i had purchased itsince june'19 but never arrived, asked many times with standard response but no solution
