I made an order of the keto pills in October 2019 and have not received them up to now Feb 2020. I have contacted support several times to get e refund of $199, with no luck. I was given a USPS tracking number which will give updates up to a week and then stop giving updates. Please be careful, this website is fake

We are in the same position...ordered a sample for $30, got charged $300, emailed next day to cancel order was told it wasn’t able to be cancelled as it had already been sent. Returned product, and am now getting the run around with all there excuses, be aware. Their website is also dodgy and can’t find any accounts or info. Update... I Rang credit card bank asking them advice, thankfully I was 2 days with in them not being able to do anything, they are disputing the charge as I returned product and followed there procedures correctly, hoping to get money back. They have also blocked me as can’t get any reply to emails.

I'm in the same situation as the previous reviewers. I have tried to email and demand the cancellation of future credit card charges and have had no response. Now when I try any of the email address that appear in relation to this company/product the email attempts fail.

I'm at a loss of what to do can anyone offer advise?

I purchased what I thought was a sample for $31 Australian dollars. $300 was taken from my bank account without my permission. I contacted ketooriginaldiet.com to cancel the order the next day and was told it had already been posted. I posted the keto products all unopened back a week later after I recieved it, that was 8 weeks ago. The company makeS up all sorts of excuses as to why they havnt yet processed my refund which was promised on return of product. This is a very misleading and fraudulent company. Beware

Unbelievably dishonest!!!

I made a screen shot of my purchase and the amount to be debited from my card was 19.95 euros for 5 bottles of “Keto Plus diet “ and they charged my card 193 euros.
My purchase was made on 04/10/2019 The site says that if you don’t like the product, up to 2 months after shipping they will return to you all your money. When the“ Keto Plus diet “ arrived in Sweden 31/10/2019 it was stated that the date of shipment was 06/06/2019, that is before the date of my purchase which was 04/10/2019.Thus, it would have been more than 4 months from shipment of the product and I could never get my money back.

Along with the product, there was no receipt showing that they charged 193 euros from my card instead of 19.90 euros as shown in the screenshot that I took from every step of online shopping.

I got no response to the email that I wrote to them wishing to cancel their purchase and reporting that they could not have debited my card 193 euros instead of 19.90 euros.
