Excellent customer service
I put in my first order a few weeks ago to take advantage of an offer on the website. I forgot to add the code at checkout and when I realised, I sent an email asking if it could be applied retrospectively. I got an email the same day saying that wasn’t possible but that the equivalent sum would be refunded to my bank account. My order was dispatched and delivered in super quick time and the money was back in my account within a few days. I even got a few added extras with my order!
It’s excellent customer service like this which will make me a return customer. Reading some of the other reviews and seeing that this company is essentially run by one person makes it even more impressive. Keep up the great work - I will be placing another order very soon!

Amazing store!
I've been shopping with Keto Friendly Shop for just over a year and absolutely love the shop! Customer service is outstanding, fast delivery and sometimes they throw in a little free gift in the orders. They also take care to ensure all items are packaged securely.
This is the only UK based keto shop where I can order certain US, Canadian and European products therefor so grateful this store has made them available for us folk in the UK. I've tried ordering products direct from the manufacturer in the past, and the cost of shipping and import tax makes these items too expensive to buy myself, so when I found them in this shop I was over the moon as the Keto Friendly Shop have made it affordable and accessible to people like me, here in the UK. Thank you!! ❤️

Amazing business great customer service. They go beyond and above to help fix problems. The products they have is great. And it makes mine and my mother's low carb journey easier.
