Great products and fast shipping. Unfortunately my order was lost my Royal mail, but James promptly phoned and messaged me to explain and confirm replacements had been sent. Fantastic customer service, great little business and dab products!

I got someone else's order and it took a while before the right products were sent to me. In the wrong order, I liked the keto peanut chocolate bar. The pasta in my order was a bit hard despite cooking for the right amount of time, cooled down quickly and was OK but not great.The lemon drizzle cake had an icing that was a bit grainy and I would not buy it again. I was updated throughout the mix up which I appreciated.

I’ve been doing keto for a few years but have recently discovered this little gem of a shop. The products I ordered are fantastic, well packaged, delivered sharpish. And they taste amazing!!!
I Will definitely order from them in the future. I’ve tried making my own keto bread but failed every time. So it is worth spend that little bit extra and it tastes outstanding and so soft.

I've been a loyal customer since the beginning of KetoFriendlyShop, but this time I noticed something changed. The website looks more professional, improving in quality and appearance. Although the order arrived a bit messier than usual, you could still see the human touch. Well, we all have our good times and our bad times, the important thing is to keep fighting the good fight, and to understand that behind every "messy" order we get, are hours of planning and organising and, most important, some human beings trying to earn an honest living by supplying us our daily keto fuel whilst struggling to fight their own battles with carbs.

Good customer service - 1 item was missing from my parcel and I received personal phone call to resolve.
