Absolute con,once you buy& find out they're an expensive mistake it is IMPOSSIBLE to return them,1st they try talk you into keeping them at a cheaper price,when you refuse& spend £15 to return them they arrive at netherlands customs& are sent back to you,I could understand that once but happened twice,so you're still stuck with an expensive product you don't want plus the extra £40 that you've spent in return fees.i think the address you're given to return it too doesn't exist& the whole thing is a big con

I agree with the other reviewers; this company is scamming people with a good-for-nothing product. I consumed 4 bottles of the stuff before going online and discovering that the Dr Hilary Jones endorsement was FAKE. Keto Base deny having anything to do with Dr Jones' endorsement and seemed unconcerned when I brought it to their attention. What a waste of time and money! I feel cheated! Lesson learned; always check reviews before purchasing something like this. It was touted as a miracle drug that burns body fat with fake photos of people losing large amounts of weight. After 4 bottles over 4 months absolutely nothing changed. (thankfully, I didn't have much weight to lose).

RUN!!! Biggest scam I have ever encountered in my life. I ordered and returned the package unopened but they keep telling me it was open when I sent it back. Waste of money and receiving a refund is impossible! I tried getting my money back through Klarna (which I thought would be a safe option when purchasing) but even they are refusing and supporting this nonsense. So again, RUN WHILE YOU CAN!

Absolute scam wish I could do something to get my money back. Just like many I returned bottles paid high postage to be returned months later ticked delivery refused. I have complained to them but just given the brush off with excuses. Please don't buy from these parasites. I just wish we could do something about these bastards. I won't get fooled like that again

AVOID!!!! I sent it back unopened and paid £8 postage. They claimed not to be able to track and then found them in transit. Two weeks later they were sent back to me and no refund! £60 down the drain. I returned them because of poor reviews. I was unable to cancel the order.

AVOID if you want their alleged guarantee money back because it’s a lie!

I fell into the trap of believing that Dr Hilary Jones was associated with Keto Base. I realise now it was probably an AI film. I ordered 3 bottles and decided to stick with taking the tablets ‘just in case it worked’ needless to say there was absolutely no difference to my weight and I only wanted help to loose 1 stone! Definitely won’t fall into that trap again

This company is not serious.The return policy is impossible.I tried to return 2 times,now I have lost all the money£129 They don't supply return labels.So a waste of postage also.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY The capsules do NOT WORK 4montes I tried to return the capsules.

Update to previous post , item has been sitting in customs several weeks, I received email on 7:8 saying the full £69.99 had been refunded, yet checking tracking items are awaiting a sum of 16 euros to release , emailed again customs fees are down to customer , but you have already stated refund has been made which one is it as both reply’s came from same person LIES LIES more LIES from Ellen who doesn’t seem to know what day it is

I identify with all the previous reviews. I was not happy that the product was what it claimed to be so I returned it. I followed its progress and could see that it was being held up in customs. After being held in customs for several weeks it was returned to me. Several email were sent back and forth with no explanation as to why is was not able to be delivered.
I agreed to keep the product and receive a 50% refund rather than try to return it again and waste more money. Still waiting for the refund and cannot get the information needed to follow it up with the bank as they say it’s been actioned.
A 100% unsatisfactory experience. I wonder if Dr Hillary Jones is aware he is being used in the promotional material. It’s all a huge scam.

Terrible company, slow delivery, wrong order arrived, returned immediately unopened by tracked postage. On notification of delivery of my return, I contacted them and have been every day since, they claimed for 2 1/2 weeks that my delivery had not arrived, then today said it arrived but they said I returned 5 bottles and that 2 were open so I was not entitled to a refund. I only received 3 bottles and returned them unopened. I have been e-mailing them daily and getting stock answers from a bot. Their listed phone number does not exist, it is a disgrace! Still waiting for my refund..

Returned product in full but, same as most if the reviews, company denying receipt so will not refund. Over 40 emails to and from and still no refund.

My experience the same . I asked for a refund after no effect except stomach pain. Was offered discount to keep as they said it says time and postage to return . I insisted on sending the 4 unopened bottles back. Cost about £15 to post and paperwork at the po. Been waiting since May for them to arrive . Tracking said they were on hold at export. Today they have come back to me and label says refused . This may be at customs. Not sure why as they got here the first time.
Do not buy from this company . Wish I had read reviews before.

Obviously a scam, like most other people conned into thinking this product was endorsed by British tv Dr Hilaryit was not,company very unhelpful.Again told me outside the 30 day return period ,but as many more have said you have to try the product first ,then the company take so long getting back to you that you are then outside that 30 day return period!😡

I have purchased 3 bottle and expected to see some progression after one month, including excersice 5x a week but after 1.5 month no result at all. I have still one bottle left - unopened so I reached to them with my concerns and requested a refund as clearly its a scam. They got back to me very quickly saying that I could issue a refund only within 30days. I have said and they know that the progress you could see after a month and not within 30days. I really regret that I spent over £100 for this bullshit . Shame I haven't read what I read now, otherwise I would never trust them. Please stay away and don't make the same mistake. Really disappointed

I’m taking this further!!!!!!

After 2 weeks I emailed saying I hadn’t seen any changes and they eventually replied saying to give them longer so I did. After a further 2 weeks I emailed again asking for a refund, they eventually emailed back asking if I wanted a 30% refund to save postage etc. I said that I wanted a full refund. They then asked how many unopened bottles I had and I told them 7, they then emailed me back saying that I had gone over the 30 days so could not have a refund! I emailed back several times saying that I had only slightly gone over the 30 days and that was due to their lateness in responding and now they are ignoring my emails!
