Head shaver

DO NOT, DO NOT order from this company. If I could I would give a 0. I paid a high price for a product that's not worth the value. When asking to return the item. Keovy made excuse upon excuse to not refund me. And are now ignoring me . They are scammers. DO NOT , DO NOT use this company. No matter how good the product looks.

I ordered a steam iron from Keovy UK

I ordered a steam iron from Keovy UK. It is not in the UK. The iron showed up 3 weeks later and the box was unsealed, the iron water tank had water in it and it was nothing like the advertised product.
If you try to return it they only offer you 70% of the cost of the item, do not supply a label and explain that is very "cumbersome" and expensive to send back to Hong Kong.

Please save yourself the cost and trouble of purchasing from Keovy and read the reviews like I should have done.

WARNING - SCAM COMPANY *DO NOT USE*

AI Smart Glasses - £129 - DO NOT BUY

I purchased this item after looking at some reviews, but realised quickly that the reviews weren't genuine. I emailed Keovy customer service within an hour of the purchase to request cancellation of the order. They responded quickly, but declined to cancel the order and asked me to try the glasses.

The product arrived and as I suspected, the product was very poor quality, functionality was slow and the app very basic and didn't interact with other apps.

I contacted Keovy customer service to request a refund, as described in other reviews, the returns policy is a sham. They offered me a 5% refund, or return product to Hong Kong at my expense.

For the sake of my sanity, I've decided to write of the £129, give the glasses to charity and put this purchase down to experience.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM KEOVY - POOR PRODUCTS FROM A SHAM COMPANY.

⚠️ Scam warning.

⚠️ Scam warning.

The product I received is extremely poor quality and does not match what is advertised. It looks like a cheap no-name item sold at a highly inflated price.

When I requested a return, the seller refused to offer a proper solution and kept pushing partial refunds (5%, 20%, 25%) instead of accepting the return.

They require customers to send the item back to Hong Kong at their own expense, with additional fees and risks, making a refund practically impossible.

This is a very misleading business practice and not in line with EU consumer protection standards.

I strongly advise avoiding Keovy.

Review Keovy Smart Glasses

Review Keovy Smart Glasses. - How does one begin?

First Keovy use a non existent “independent” reviewer (“David Johnson”) to recommend Keovy Smart Glasses. (Simply Google “David’s” image and you realise “David” does a myriad of things “Expertly” reviewing various products. The irony of it is that “David” when recommending Keovy’s glasses is actually wearing a pair of RayBans! How is that for deliberate deceit?

Now to the product - the so-called “smart glasses”.

Well, these are the dumbest, most stupid “smart glasses” out there. They buffer, the connection constantly fails, the software is a joke, the app is laughably bad.

Now to post sales “customer service”

First I had ”Linda” who was so sorry that she said I could keep the glasses and she would give me a refund of first 5%, then 10%, then 15% and finally 20%. I declined. I insisted on a refund in full and that if they wanted their useless pieces of plastic back they would have to send me the cost of shipping back to China (needless to say they didn’t want their trash back - and I can’t blame them).

After the 20% refund offer I was then transferred to “Lumi”. Lumi then said that her company was (“kvvoi.com”). So, Keovy’s complaints service will ultimately direct you to Kvvoi who will then say “this isn’t our product” and we have “no record of sale”. How odd that the email trail leads seamlessly back to keovy.com. These incompetents don’t even have the skills to cover their metadata tracks - so what does that tell you about their useless ‘smart’ products’? My five year old can code better than this gang.

How strange that when faced with a full refund for their utterly useless piece of garbage the Keovy “customer sevice” team suddenly change themselves into a different company - “kvvoi.com” - and then deny all knowledge of the company and the product. Yet again however, the email trail demonstrably leads from keovy to kovvoi without any new email thread.

A classic scam product, employing an evasive customer service “team” that use deliberately deceitful “independent review” scams to sell their utterly abysmal product.

Pleaase, please, avoid them like the plague. You will be better served if you sent your £129 to a charity; - at least something positive may come out of it rather than directing it to a gang of shysters that uses deception and misrepresentation to sell it rubbish to gullible purchasers.

Please pass on my experience to one and all.

My rating - minus 30 stars.

DO NOT BUY

I bought a hair product for £129 and it arrived beautifully boxed but with a European plug (I am in the UK). They said they were out of stock of UK products and suggested I buy an adaptor. I refused, said I wanted to return for full refund - constant emails back and forth offering, 10% then 15% then 20% refund- I still said no thank you and threatened to dispute it. Eventually I did, with my debit card bank - they have credited me the funds, albeit temporarily, while they investigate. Shocking company- avoid.

AVOID – Substandard unbranded goods & unlawful return fees

Do not buy from Keovy. I paid £129 for what I thought was a premium branded hair tool. What arrived was a generic, unbranded, 'white-label' product with no company logo or manufacturer details. Safety Warning: The product lacks a mandatory UKCA mark and features a fraudulent 'China Export' CE logo. It feels cheaply made and unsafe to use. When I tried to return it within the legal 14-day window, they stalled and then tried to charge an unlawful £30 shipping fee plus 'warehousing' fees. They will offer you tiny 'refund compensations' (5%, 10%, 20%) just to get you to keep the junk.
