A very good friend suggested that I try your product for nerve pain. It took too long to arrive. I had to write to check on the status so that was disappointing. My friend also had a glitch with his shipping and had several products sent to him that he didn't order. If your shipping was improved, it would make a big difference. The quality of the product was so-so. The gummies were very hard so I had to suck on them rather then "chew" on them. I am not sure they made a difference at all so I'll opt out for now on ordering more. The container was clean, nicely wrapped, sanitary so I felt good on that angle but for the price not of value to me. Perhaps in the future I'll try again. Thank you.

04/06/22- business has claimed to email, they have NOT. THEY KEEP OFFERING 15% or 35% refund. I WANT MY 100% of MY MONEY RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT
100% a scam. Placed an order 3/11/22, days later received an email stating the order has shipped on 3/14/22. Lie #1 - after 3 emails and a phone call bringing us to 4/5/22, the CSR claims my order has shipped, yet when I use the (seemingly fake) tracking # with ridiculous amount of digits, it gives me an error message. I asked for a refund 3x and the CSR rep finally claimed my order will arrive “on Friday”. I have now contacted my bank and filed a dispute.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY I WILL STICK TO MY REPUTABLE BRAND FOR CBD!

The odor at first was quite strong but after a while I grew used to it. I love this gel, especially when I repeat dosages. It really works. Important to keep the cover tightly closed, gel can dry out and then it is useless

Your tracking system is terrible. I have emailed over and over again about this. All you get in response is automated emails. Now I get an email saying I should be expecting my order March 22nd after request my money just be refunded. That is crazy almost a month. I will never be ordering from here again.

The first batch of gummies were more solid than the second. The second batch were more jelly like. Both have good flavor and I hope this second batch helps my back like the first

It has been over 10 days
It has been over 10 days, and still no product has been delivered. I received email 12 days later verifying my order was lost. A few days later I received email stating they reshipped my order. The tracking info is no good, all it says it is enroute to courier, and date says January 1, 1970. No this is not a typo. I have been charged for my shipment. If I could I would give zero stars. Never again. I will update if or when I get my order.
