The web site proved a little tricky to …

The web site proved a little tricky to reach one of the items but otherwise could not fault the service and response by phone and text relating to delivery. This is the third order I have made in the last month which speaks for itself and the pricing point.

COMPOSITE FENCING

BRAVO Amber Tanner you have just won the top title for the most incompetent person ever. In may I purchased fencing panels with 3 posts,3 caps, 3 acorns to adorn the caps. On delivery one acorn was broken and no caps included. I immediately emailed and explained the situation, okay was advised they would be sent out, what did I receive 3 acorns but no caps. another email sent requesting the post caps advised they had been sent! 19th June requested again had items been sent 20th June amber advised they had been sent out. 8th July still hadn't received items so sent another email unfortunately I missed out the word caps, email received did I mean posts or caps!! after 4/5 emails has she not read my previous mails obviously not !!!!! OMG dealing with an imbecile, gave up and repurchased caps praying they would be delivered. I must have bad luck took 3 weeks on from day they said, why because they did not put the complete address and DPD could not deliver extra cost again to phone DPD twice. WOULD I RECOMMEND KENTS NEVER NEVER NEVER

We are sorry to hear that this is how you feel and that you had some issues with your order, albeit delivered in a disrespectful manner.
Your review of Amber somewhat goes against the grain of the other reviews left about her.

I've looked back through the order history and can see where the mix up has come from. Yes your initial emails made it clear which part was missing, looks like these have gone missing in the post. However your typo on a later email which misses out the word 'caps' makes quite a bit of difference to replacement parts, hence the reply asking if you now needed replacement posts.

The replacement caps were sent out on a track able service. When it left our warehouse it was booked onto the online DPD collections website (not by Amber), which doesn't pick up your correct address, only the main road. As it turns out we didn't have any contact from DPD to ask for more delivery details until a few days before it was successfully delivered.

We will take everything that has happened on board and continue to improve our service so we can iron out little issues that can grow to be big problems,

AMAZING SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH...

Can i just say the custmer care service deserves a 10********** Outstanding..We had a few issues with a damaged item which was couriers fault But Amber Tanner was constantly emailing updates of what was going on .They dispatched another item next day..i cannot fault the way this company on the way things were dealt with Sorry cant day the same for the courier company..i would highly recomend this company nothing was to much trouble for them Amber was angel😇 even though frustrating have to repack twice and resend THANK YOU. Once again thank you so much for dealing with the situation in such a instant and very profesinal manner..BE BACK AGAIN.😀

Prompt delivery with good quality …

Prompt delivery with good quality products. Only one criticism; there was no message to let us know the delivery date so it was fortunate that my husband was at home to take receipt.

Great customer service.

I arrived at your Yate site app. 8.45 with a small number of people in front of me. Within minutes I was asked what I required and your salesman was able to input all my details straight to your ordering system. The whole order and payment process was quick and straightforward. I was told to go to the warehouse to collect my order (I was expecting to wait as you did appear to be busy) and to my surprise my order was in the process of being picked. As I was waiting in the doorway one of your staff said "Mr May? This is for you". I collected my car to load the goods and in the process was just starting to cut the 4m lengths of gutter when your man offered to cut it in the warehouse...what a bonus! I spent the majority of my career in a sales and distribution environment and would be proud to have had such people working for my where customer service seems to be the driving factor of a business.

I used Kents for the first time very … and I'm one very happy customer

I used Kents for the first time very recently, for the doors and window in an extension on my own property. I was extremely impressed with the build quality of the frames, they fit like a glove and what adjustment was required, was easy to do. Wayne Sullivan at Kents in Bath was very helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to any of my customers.

good product but i ordered 3 lengths at 2500 of upvc skirting and what turned up was one piece at 2500 and one piece at 5000 having a small hallway this was extremely inconvienient and i had to cut the longer lentgh down to get it in the house
