Terrible Customer Service!

I ordered 4 of the same cross necklaces for Christmas gifts for my daughters & daughter in law. When the necklaces arrived they were all STUFFED into ONE BOX instead of separate yellow boxes with white bows and the little velvet bags. I can’t give out gifts in crappy plastic bags they were shipped in. I tried calling customer service and was put on hold for endless amounts of time only to be hung up on multiple times. I finally emailed customer service and they sent me boxes but they just arrived yesterday, December 30th, so too late for Christmas gift giving. The quality has also gone way down over the years. The gold fades after just a few wears and the clasps are now much smaller which makes it hard to put on. Don’t think I will be ordering Kendra Scott again, they obviously, do not care about customer service or quality anymore.

When you call the customer service line…

When you call the customer service line it leaves you on hold with music and eventually just says “they are busy taking to other people and to call back another time”. I had ordered online but the. went to a store because you can’t speak to anyone online and the manager was very rude. I don’t plan on ordering from this company again and still haven’t received an answer to my question.

Bought a watch- battery was dead the…

Bought a watch- battery was dead the same day we bought it- did not realize it. Went in to exchange the same day purchased they did not have another one so asked them to find one for exchange brought one out and then after we said we would take it for the exchange when they went to do the paperwork said it was not on sale like the one we bought. Seriously? You guys brought it to us for the exchange. That mistake cost you a customer. Just got a refund and left. They did not care at all.

Better!

After leaving a 2-star review about shipping, I deleted it. Why? Because Kendra Scott used a different type of delivery for the Christmas rush.
I was over the moon with the speedy shipping. While there was a simple glitch with one piece of jewelry, I did visit the store in person.
Customer Service emailed me promptly and this was another HUGE plus.
I hope the company continues to build back up after many negative reviews. Thank you!

"Due to a small system error...."

I placed an order with Kendra Scott on November30th. I kept waiting for the order to arrive, but on December 18th, I decided I better make an inquiry. When I asked about my order, I was emailed back that "Due to a small system error, your order did not export properly and was canceled as a result." (per Rebecca, my customer non-support agent). I immediately replaced the order, because my wife really had her heart set on a couple of these pieces. When asked about showing some integrity and honoring the previous price (since I now had to pay more for faster shipping, again, due the their error) I was flatly refused. They would give me a discount now that I had already purchased all that I need. And, of course, Kendra Scott would not honor a veteran with a discount if there was a sale on an item. Kendra is only worth approximately $420 million, by the way. Buyer beware.

Customer Service No where to be found

**Review for Kendra Scott**

I recently had a frustrating experience with Kendra Scott's customer service, which is surprising for a company valued at $1 billion. I've been trying to return a pair of earrings that were mistakenly delivered to me, but my attempts to reach customer support have been met with constant busy signals. The phone rings endlessly with no one answering, and my emails have gone unanswered.

After opening the package, I discovered the recipient's address and realized that the labels were misplaced, causing her to receive my item while I received hers. I contacted her directly, and we were able to coordinate a return and exchange, which I appreciate. However, the lack of responsiveness from Kendra Scott is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but for a brand of this stature, I expected a much more efficient customer service experience.

I hope they address these issues soon, as their current level of support does not reflect their brand's reputation.

Very disappointing we can just got a…

Very disappointing we can just got a place to order. Haven’t been able to get on the phone with anybody. Email customer service finally was able to get somebody in live chat and they were not able to help me. I had ordered that was supposed to be shipped with shipped to me on the ninth never received it just because an apartment number they couldn’t help me. It was a Christmas gift for a good friend of mine. Very disappointing. Do not recommend ordering anything online.

Shipping sucks

In general, I don’t have issues with Kendra Scott. The necklaces I’ve purchased in the past are good enough, though a little pricy. I’ve recently had issues with shipping, as they’ve changed who they ship through and they cancelled an order because the Veho company couldn’t get to my address. This was to be a very special gift for my teenage daughter and I was so upset that they couldn’t ship the package through UPS or FedEx, especially since in their FAQ, they state all shipping is through those two companies whom have no issue delivering to me. They gave me a refund, and I’m grateful for that, but they saying they can’t re-ship my order through FedEx or UPS left me feeling like their customer service is not satisfactory. I will admit I don’t understand the logistics, but it shouldn’t be difficult. Also, update your FAQ to include VEHO as a shipper of choice. Overall, it’s just frustrating and I will not be ordering from them again.

I will never order from Kendra Scott…

I will never order from Kendra Scott again. I placed an order weeks ago, have been charged for the items, but the tracking on my order says my things will be delivered on Dec. 6th. It's the 10th and there is nothing. It is impossible to reach the company by phone or email. I'm hoping the package is just late in arriving, but this is ridiculous.

I special ordered a $150 personalized…

I special ordered a $150 personalized rose gold necklace and the clasp doesn’t open. I spent 45 minutes today trying to get it clasped around my neck with no luck. My husband tried for another 20 minutes before he gave up! The designer couldn’t have made the clasp any harder if she tried! So, I payed $150 for a necklace that I will NEVER be able to wear!

Terrible customer service. I typed the address wrong and 5 minutes after I realized and couldn’t reach a human on the phone email or chat. 2 days later I finally hear back and they say there’s nothing they can do. I try replying back and the next reply makes it clear they didn’t read what I said nor do they care

Terrible customer service after you buy

My daughter's Kendra Scott necklace chain broke after having it for a couple years. The store employee was not helpful. She said they only replace necklaces within 30 days of buying them. I said that I would pay to have them fix it, but she said they don't do that. She suggested I buy a new one because they were on sale! Seriously. I asked for someone to talk to and she gave me their customer service number. After waiting on hold for a while, that employee said they do not fix their regular jewelry only their "fine" (aka more expensive) jewelry. Both customer reps I talked with just brushed me off. This is a company that obviously doesn't care about helping out the customer after you purchase from them.

Ordered two Audrey studs GE6817252054US

Ordered two Audrey studs, £155 each-noticed only one was dispatched and pointed this out to customer services, told apologies but only one available.. we will refund you the one. Pointed out I ordered two, order was confirmed £310 taken from my account!! One stud is no use to me and was for a gift, now need to refuse DHL delivery and wait up to 10 days for another refund!!!! - after being disappointed in a shop as no stock, was told to order online for efficiency!??? Very unhappy customer who has to tell her daughter her set will not be completed after purchasing a necklace and charm!!! Refund was issued after I refused DHL package.

Worst customer service ever

ordered 2 bracelets and it gave me a delivery date. they changed the date twice. when said delivered it was not to my house. I contacted fed ex and they said Kendra Scott had put information wrong in label. I tried to contact them many times by phone and always said they were busy with other clients and disconnected. I reached out to them by email several times and a few weeks later someone responded and said it was not their problem.
each blamed each other which left me with no bracelets and no refund. The person I spoke with via email was unbelievably rude and did not care what so ever. this used to be a good company but definitely not anymore. I will never order from them again especially when they take over $100 from me and I got nothing.

They put something different in your shopping bag then what you pay for

Kendra Scott customer service is the worst.

I bought a clear purse for a sports game online on a Friday. I purchased in online for pickup because of the deplorable customer service in the Lakeside New Orleans/Metairie store. The staff chat amongst themselves, do not greet you, and do not assist you even when you clearly want to purchase.

I was feeling a bit under the weather Saturday, so my husband went to run errands and offered to pick up the purse.

He went to the shop, showed the sales associate the receipt, she sent someone else to the back to get the package and then gave him the bag. They didn’t show him the item, or have him verify everything was correct.

Imagine my surprise when I opened the bag, and discovered a totally different purse! And since the game is tomorrow, there is no time to go exchange the purse for the correct item!

It’s exhausting. I’ll never shop there again, despite my stepdaughter’s love of their cheap costume jewelry. I should have gone with one of the dozens of local shops that carry cute clear purses. I only went with Kendra Scott bc of the ability to purchase online and not have to interact with their rude, self absorbed staff. I’m going to have to go to the game tomorrow with a ziplock bag. Cute.

On-Line Customer Service Was Good

Well, I was disappointed in the quality of some earrings I purchased Dec 2023 . My daughter had requested a necklace for Christmas and I saw the earrings on their site and decided to treat myself. The earrings were cute but the clasp on one of them would not stay closed (I never even wore them b/c this was an issue from the get go) . I found the 30 day return policy limiting b/c I hadn't noticed /gotten to it (with the X-mas shopping /other returns etc) and by the time I tried to initiate a return, I was out of that timing window. I wrote a review reflecting disappointment in both the product's quality and the limited time for returns (I was annoyed, but figured I was just out of luck). To my surprise I got a personal email back and a very helpful and understanding sales associate (Sara F) helped negotiate a return for store credit. Although the product didn't work out, I appreciated the help and that in the end, I wasn't stuck with unwearable jewelry.

Return to store- can only ever get store credit

At the store they only give you store credit and not a real return to how you paid. I checked and it is displayed as such in tiny writing at the store. This is terrible. Online you can get credit back in the form you paid. Not going back and now probably not going to use Kendra Scott.

Please boycott inferior Keldra Scott Products

I bought Kendra Scott earrings on Royal Caribbean ship, Jewel of the Seas on 11th June 2024. When I went to wear them ( for the first time) to a wedding lady Sat (20th July), one ring literally fell apart. I emailed this totally inefficient and rude customer service lady called Sarah A, who basically told me there was nothing they could do. I was not looking for anything for nothing but Sarah A seemed unable to comprehend and was not helpful. Paid $70 for junk.
