This bra is nothing like advertised. Not much support, the pads bunch up, hard to hook even in front. No information sent with it so yes you are stuck. Makes a nice sleep bra or just around the house. Just another scam don’t buy it!!

I have lg breasts was hoping this bra would help. Not 🙅‍♀️ at all. I bought lgst sz fit fine around rib but cup sz and straps were not workable. I tried everything. Still wouldn't fit cup sz or straps too loose.

If I could rate this below a zero I would. I waited forever for it to be delivered and then when I opened the package I was very disappointed. I ordered a cream colored bra and I received an ugly mustard color. Sent a message to customer support and they want a picture of the package to verify it was sent by them. Ummm… I have a receipt and emails from the same email address your customer support emailed me from. The bra itself is horrible. Doesn’t fit and doesn’t support like they say. DON’T buy from Kendall’s.com

THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE! I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A LONG TIME FOR SOMETHING LIKE THESE BRAS! I REGET BUYING THEM! WRONG SIZE AND FIT HORRIBLE! NO RETURNS! Shut this company DOWN, I'm turning them into the BBB, Consumer Affairs and Attorney General. I ordered two bras from them based of what I saw on Instagram how it holds breast up perfectly and give good support. I have extremely large heavy breast, so when this cheap lace mess came to my home today, I immediately contacted them for a return. According to them, they don't give refunds unless it's damaged. I'm turning these CROOKS in, thieves.

One of the many Chinese companies. Product was useless…. Nothing like video. Can only return for mfg defect and must send to China $$$$$. I should know better!!!

I would give a zero is possible. I bought 4 bra 3xl according to there size chart. After 3wks i finally received the product. Needless to say they didn't fit. When brought to there attention it was an oh to bad. The options they gave was unsatisfactory. I paid $62 and they offered to give me 10% of the cost which is roughly $6 usd. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. If you do DON'T order the size uou think you wear, get the next aize higher. I was measured a 42D and according to thier chart i fit a 3XL and that's what i ordered. The bra's were to small. The only good thing i can say is, they do respond back quickly.

Horrible!!! After waiting a month to get it it looked like a training bra. The padding was all wadded up and after the struggle to get it on, the straps immediately fell off my shoulders. No paperwork comes with them so no way to send them back! Soooo sick of getting stung by these scammers advertising on Facebook. Never again!!!!!

Worst product. This should be illegal. First they don’t send product. Then when you keep contacting, they finally sent. Was delivered to wrong address. When I said I want refund immediately after receiving because defective product, they say “sorry “ you are 3 days past the refund window. Do not purchase from this company.

I think all of us who have been scammed should get a class action lawsuit against this company. I am glad (not realy) to see I am not the only one that fell for this. They stated a 30 day return. Now they tell me they only refund for damaged "shipped" items... What a crock! My bank is making me jump through hoops to reverse the charges. This is not right! I am upset with my bank. Should have put them on my credit card!

FYI This company is disputing my review & doesnt agree with why & how they sux! THEY WANT TO TAKE DOWN MY REVIEW AS FAKE! THEY DO SUX! Can't get a refund for the awful & not AS DESCRIBED BRAS THAT ARE ONLY GOOD FOR THE TRASH! If this company would like me to stop saying how they take your money for absolute crap product, maybe they should refund my money & send me a box to send back this inadequate lied for money product! I didnt even try them, just had to look at them to know they ARE NOT as described! A theiven company who steals money from their US customers! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! This company has asked for more information about my issue because they think my post is fake & NOT ACURATE & are going to have it removed.

My issue again is I requested a return because when I received the items 2 weeks later (10/2/23) than the shipping dates with the extra time, the product WAS NOT as described! I have them still in the packaging!

It is supposed to be an excellent support bra. It is NOT! I do not have heavy large boobies & does absolutely nothing! just a thin piece of material!

On 9/2 I emailed for a tracking site, they sent me a link through email to track my pkg which my system would not open because it was a harmful link.

They won't send my product and they won't refund my money. When I didn't receive my product they said it would be here soon. When it still didn't arrive I said give me a refund. Not their policy to give refunds. Only scammers do business like that.

Took too long to get. Cheaply made and coming apart when I received it. Doesn't give any lift like it was supposed to. I didn't like even giving them 1 star. Save your money!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They are complete scam. They are making products overseas and and misrepresenting them here. After you place an order not before you advise that you cannot return for a refund. What a great business model. Rip people off take their money, and no returns. Their scam customer service however should get five stars. They pretend like they’re going to help you and stall responses to the point where you have no recourse cause 30 days has passed. Bravo how do you sleep at night?

Awful product they are cheap and very low quality. Have sent them email and phone calls. They do not respond to phone calls. They did finally respond by email. What they said in the email is if you received them in the mail, then you are stuck with them whether you like them or not. They are CHINA products. They do not believe in returning your money if you are dissatisfied with their product. I call that unfair business practice . I will be contacting the Federal trade commission here in the US. We may not get our money back, but they can shut down this China company from doing business in the US.

I actually give this company a 0. These were the cheapest most flimsy bras i have ever seen. They will not refund money because they came from China and it is too expensive. Please do not give them a chance...pitiful product and service

Horrible product. They take your money with no option to return. I still do not have have 2 of the 3 I ordered 5 months ago. They flat out said they cannot give me my money back.

Do not buy from this company! I wish I could rate 0 stars. Firstly not only did the shipping time exceed what was promised, I did not receive all items (bras). It took well over 2 months to receive everything I paid for. Secondly, the quality of the items is not what was shown or advertised. The fabric is cheap and they have no real support. I might as well be wearing a tube top. Their return policy is a joke.

The items arrived way past any normal shipping time. I tried to cancel the order because it was taking so long. Then I read the bad reviews. If I had only done some research first. These are not comfortable, they arrived with permanent dents in the lining. I don't understand the point of a pullover bra with 2, YES TWO! sets of hooks on the sides. Don't waste your money. This is trash.
