A big thank you to Kendalls for their recent arrangement and delivery of my wedding flowers. I had ordered a couple of months before the ceremony and was keen to shop local. I had an initial consultation where I showed my ideas and then went through and picked some additional flowers. Louise was very knowledgeable in what would look good together but also the practicalities of what I wanted. I ordered a small bouquet, buttonhole and two hairpieces. They arrived in good time on the day and look absolutely beautiful. It was exactly as I had requested. Thank you so much!

I recently ordered the normal arrangement of flowers for £75 this being for me and my wife’s Wedding Anniversary.
I always order (without fail) Thistles to be included in the order as this represents mine and my wife’s all important Keltic origins.
On receiving the flowers I noticed that the Thistles had been missed off the order. On phoning Kendalls and speaking to the business owner ‘Louise’, rather than apologising and trying to recover the situation, she was very defensive and even accused me of being ‘rude’?! I have to report this was a very poor experience and so would not recommend using Kendalls.
I have since read a response to my review and to add insult to injury Kendalls is trying to tell me that I didn't order any thistles.

The fact is as already stated, I ALWAYS order thistles, and the young lady who took the order failed to capture my order accurately is what actually happened and I know this because when I said to her ‘I want thistles as usual and then I will pick from the central stand for the other choices’ she went off to get her note book whilst I was speaking, presumably to take the order, however, I didn't get the impression that she was listening properly. Unwisely it seems, I did give her the benefit of the doubt at the time however, and as suspected she only made note of the choices I made form the central display. Mistakes happen however it was the way that Louise the owner handled this matter which I thought was very poor! To add insult to injury, Kendalls recent response to my review tried to infer that thistles were not on the order and as such this must be my fault?! I’m afraid not, and I shall not be coming to your shop again! Very very poor!

We have ordered a number of bouquets and hat box floral displays from Kendalls and they have always been beautiful. They have been thoughtful in their suggestions when discussing the arrangements and I would highly recommend them.

Had two flower arrangements made via Phillips Funerals, the 'Mum' was in white assorted flowers and the flowers were so fresh. 'NaN'was in pink assorted flowers, it looked amazing. Even though they were for a funeral care had been taken to ensure quality flowers were used. Sent to the funeral directors in time for the service. Prices were comparable to online florists. The best part they were local so supporting local business. I would definitely use this florist again. Thank you so much for the beautiful arrangements.
