Joe and his team visited our home to survey the design of our solar solution (rather than AI from Google maps). Design to installation was smooth, friendly and sympathetic to our requirements. There was a minor issue with our wifi provision but the post-install support team were great and resolved the issue very quickly. Cannot recommend higher.

Great service from start to finish everything happened when Kembla said it would.
The fitting team were very neat and tidy.

We had Kembla to plan,supple,& fit our solar panels around 3 year ago.
All good,but a few little snags,due to me being not very computer literate. ( I’m almost 70 year old ). Kembla were always just a ‘phone call away,and always talked me through these little snags,to which I am always indebted.
They are very efficient,yet have the manners,and courtesy of an old-established company.

Great customer service, knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. we ran into all sorts of problems with our install caused by national grid, the council, EDF and IT service problems, Jack and Declan at Kembla did a great job helping to navigate all these issues and pushing the project forward. I couldn’t recommend Kembla more highly.

Excellent company. Worked with me to get the best solution for solar and battery. As the requirements evolved they came up with the best solutions and the installation went seamlessly. The price was good and they handled all the paper work. But best of all was the communication from the team and desire to give a 100% service. Thoroughly recommend them.

I have found all the staff a real team, Taylor project manager, Luke and Harvey roof guys , Joe and Mike electricians. The job was done in a few days, they explained as the did the work. The site was left clean and tidy. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent service from start to finish.

Having spent over 18 months investigating the installion of solar panels to our newelly renovated bungalow & having numerous quotes I finally plumbed for Kembla.
Their advice on installion/rewards and knowledge on solar panels was encuraging and with similar price to other installers I went with Kembla, and was not disapointed. Over a 4/5 week wait from order to install I was kept informed on the schedule. They handled the legal/regulatory procedure swiftly. They certainly new what was required. Once installed they spent time with me to make sure we fully understood the app & controls. Even explaining it to my wife who is not so technical. In the first month (very sunny) we saved around £100 on our electricity bill. I cant wait to see what a whole years saving will be. Thanks KEMBLA

I had my solar system installed 3 years ago and received fantastic service.

Unfortunately, the inverter failed but it wasn't a problem as the service is still exemplary.

The faulty inverter was swapped out with the minimum of fuss showing the company hasn't lost sight of the customer as it has grown.

Kembla installed my panels and with all the sunshine they're working well! Always helpful if I have any issues, recently with internet issues, not their problem but came and sorted. Would totally recommend as the go to company.

We had a system installed by Declan and his colleagues last year and have been delighted with the system and the cost savings. We’ve had a couple of little hiccoughs requiring tweaking but the response from Kembla has been swift and effective.I highly recommend the company!

Still left as 5* rating because of excellent and professional service by Kemble
However we have been disappointed with the lower than anticipated cost saving of electricity, being only 54%.
it was known that the solar could not generate the consumption level of 4000kw because of the roof space available but has generated 3530 which is close to the install level of 3600kW which kemble were quite honest about and never claimed like many others a replacement electric supply.
What must be borne in mind with these solar installations is that the annual generation is not constant every day. In our case 10Kw per day for the generated level this 12 months.
October to March is lower and April to Sept is higher. For instance today was 1.17 Kwh
This means when is lower import electric from the grid and when higher export to the grid. Unfortunately the amount imported. from the grid is higher than exported and is paid at a very low rate only receiving £35 from the energy supplier. also electricity is required to recharge the battery and a small amount for the converter.
To achieve a replacement electricity supply system we need at least we believe a 6Kw Solar and cannot justify this additional cost or have an effective roof space for it.
Remember these systems are a long time investment and in our case 13.5 years
the cost savings have included the gas saving with solar boost for hot water and the gov payments/price cap reductions etc.

A very efficient & professional company to deal with, from estimate to installation

Since you installed a PV system, I was having difficulty understanding the purpose of the two electric meters and which meter to read to give initial reading to my supplier, despite various people's explanations. Joe (electrician?), from your Portsmouth branch, 'phone me and gave me a clear, uncomplicated explanation of what I needed to do. What a breath of fresh air!

Great service from initial enquiry to completion. Joe and the team, from office staff to electricians and roofers were efficient and helpful. Being in an East/West location, we have eight panels each side, a battery and Eddie for hot water. So far from installation, we are totally grid free. We would highly recommend Solar panels and Kembla as a supplier.
