Poor quality and even worse customer…

Poor quality and even worse customer service. The rings arrived incorrectly sized and did not meet expectations, and trying to arrange a return was frustrating and drawn out. Responses appeared automated and focused on upselling rather than resolving the issue. I was eventually told returns must be sent to the USA at my own cost, which was not disclosed at purchase and raises concerns about compliance with UK consumer rights. Overall, a disappointing experience and not a company I would trust to handle issues fairly.

Quality, durable, affordable and artistic rings

This will be the 5th ring I have bought from Kelyoz and all are high quality and extremely artistic. The price is indefinitely affordable and the rings are highly durable. Not to mention the rings don’t stain your fingers. One of my rings did stain my finger heavily but it’s manageable if you clean it and I don’t care because how cool it looks. Beautiful products.

Amazing rings!

The rings themselves are wonderful! I wish there was a bit more communication between waiting for the ring to arrive and the tracking but other than that the whole process was very easy!

Beautiful, Well-Crafted

I had a slight delay due to back orders but my order still arrived relatively quickly. The rings are stunning and exactly as pictured, and are made of quality materials (they're actually a little hefty so you know they're solid).
