Wrong type of screws for both hinge and handles..and handles themselves are mm longer than the ones we have..gonna have to drill new holes..

Elaine who I’ve been dealing with is amazing. Her service has been excellent. She has taken away a lot of stress for me and made my kitchen selection and order m so easy and smooth. I thank her so much for this. Kelvin are lucky to have Elaine she really is an asset to you company.

Kelvin at home were really helpful. They used their expert knowledge to make the process very simple and took care of everything for me.

Having moved in to a new build we needed a few extras that the Builder said we couldn’t have!
Part of this was a vanity unit for the en-suite.
We explained to Kelvin what was needed via the enquiry form and within a day they responded.
Communication was swift, professional and accurate.
Elaine in the office was a superstar and if her boss hasn’t given her a wage rise yet he should do.
The materials turned up as promised and we now have our perfect en-suite.

Replacement bi-fold door handle adapter received. Delivery took longer than estimated and was immediately posted when an enquiry/reminder was sent. The product is as advertised. Not sure why a handful of short screws was also included as these were of incorrect size for the fitting. However, the original screws were re-used and fitted easily. On the plus side, I would have had to purchase a different handle altogether if these spare parts were not available. Pleased that Kelvin At Home has continued this line after many years.

Quick delivery of the spare parts I needed and the parts themselves were reasonably priced although delivery was rather pricey.

Fantastic product. We have a two year old new build, with Avant homes. My new house came complete with Kelvin kitchen, wardrobes and bathroom cabinets. All I can say is WOW what a product. We have never seen another new build with the quality of this product. The kitchen alone is designer and the rest just gorgeous. I can throughly recommend Kelvin.

I have existing Kelvin mirrored wardrobes in my home which I was looking to add to/redesign the inside of. I approached Kelvin Bedrooms asking them to provide a cost for wood to match the current interior I had in my wardrobes. They created me bespoke sized and delivery was quick. I am very happy with the end result and Kelvin met all of my needs and requests. I would recommend and will be using again the in future.

Excellent service just a little disappointed to pay postal twice when items were sent together.
