Our trip was planned with 4 adults and 3 kids . Rueben is the manager with whom I contacted thru watsapp, and our communication and planning started . Rueben was so quick to respond, and he made sure all our requirements were fulfilled. At the beginning, we were a bit scared to do the partial payment for the booking , but Rueben assured us, and he gained trust with us, and we booked our trip with Kel Safrai . He was very kind and helped us in planning our trip within our estimated budget . Every single query was answered and gave us more confidence to make this trip a success . The day we landed , he came to pick us up from airport along with The real hero Mr Kim , he was our hero all thru the trip. Kim was our guide who picked us and was with us all thru the journey of 4 nights and 5days . Kim is very kind , humble , lovable , sweet, clean hearted and best is, a true hero. He is perfect driver , guide and has vast knowledge about all animals . Every moment we spent with Kim is a unforgettable memory. He know the jungle from back of his head. He also help other drivers in need.
If anyone plan to go to Kenya ...pls book it with Kel Safari as they will arrange you in the best hotel and resort , they will protect you and keep you safe . Please choose Kim as your guide , driver, and protector .

My sisters and I booked a trip with Kel Safaris to Swara Acacia Lodge. Their customer service was incredibly helpful and they provided us with a detailed itinerary. The Landcruiser was very comfortable and clean. Boniface our guide was very professional, he had a vast knowledge of the wild animals. He made sure we had ample time to spot and photograph variety of wild animals. Our stay at the lodge was incredible, they had amazing food and the staff at the lodge were very friendly. I highly recommend Kel Safaris to anyone looking for a luxurious and an unforgettable safari experience.

My family and I booked a safari with Kel Safaris to Masai Mara.The agents and guides were professional and assisted us the whole time. The guides have vast knowledge of wildlife and never ceased to explain everything in the surrounding.
