Kelori sells rulers for cutting fabric

Kelori sells rulers for cutting fabric. Reviews on various platforms indicate their plastic rulers are substandard, coming to buyers broken and are made of flimsy material.
I, unfortunatly, made a purchase from this company, and have tried to cancel my order by sending email to them. Guess what, they don't answer email, because my email was never received. I have been receiving "Delivery incomplete" messages from my mail provider, which included DNS Error: DNS type 'mx' with code SERVFAIL. I have contacted my credit card company to stop payment on my order. I feel they are scamming their customers with substandard products, possibly from China.
Received email from company stating my purchase has been shipped from China. Intersting that they replied to my request for cancellation AFTER my purchase was shipped.
