DON'T BUY THIS BRAND, Poor after sales service, Way over price for sparepart of everything. Poor after sales service. Better buy Howdens where you can get spare parts at fair price.

Once you paid for, the job done, they show little care. Poor after sales service, very poor customers focused approach. The sales only do the job not friendly approach. I sent email to Kellers office, they didn't even reply. Their website address even incorrect, I had to tell the area manager to tell the Kellers to get it right. Lack of attention to detail even the contact phone was wrong in the past. I hope they get it right by now. So bad as that. I later contact Keller's local agent. Carousell broke after 2-3 years of using it. I had a joiner fixed it, but didn't work. I contact the agent they said I had to wait for 3-4 months. I didn't book. Just left as it was. This means poor workmanship and can't be replaced by other brands. They made more complicated carousell but poor quality. Spare part for carousell costs over £ 1,150 VAT for spare carousell- I have to go to collect and no service for install, I had to find someone to do it if I want to order. I was so pleased the joiner used the cable tie and it works perfectly now. I don't need to spend over £1,150. plus VAT plus installer cost. You can get £250-£400 online on other brands. Better buy Howdens they have spare parts at fair price if you need it. I would suggest all Keller's company get training on "Total quality management and service delivery to ensure customers satisfaction".

poor quality, poor experience and no help

I'm afraid I have the same issue, bought the "Keller" brand and customer service promise- having spent thousands I am left with a unfinished kitchen, parts missing, appalling fit and the National Sales Manager washing his hands under the "you bought from a retailer" or partner/dealer as per their website- I have tried to sort this before leaving a review

Poor quality kitchens

We had a small Keller kitchen fitted 18years ago and initially were happy with the results. After a couple of years one or two the doors had problems with the laminate 'blowing' and Keller sent replacement doors free of charge. We now have almost every door with blown laminate and they look awful. Keller do not want to know about the problem and the nearest supplier has offered to replace the doors at a cost of £4000 plus. We paid over the odds for a premium kitchen and were told it should last more than 20years in actual fact it began having problems after 2 years so I would definitely not recommend and don't be taken in by the sleek sales talk.
