Would definitely order again
The Company near me could not make a delivery on the day I needed it but arranged for another Branch to deliver instead. The driver called me to let me know when he would arrive, arrived when he said he would and offloaded my order where I asked him to and was very efficient and friendly. All done quickly with minimum fuss. Would definitely order again.

I had a dumpy bag of sand and 3 cement delivered all great when I phoned the office at vale lane staff were very helpful delivery driver stopped outside my house I asked him to go up the lane at the side of my property and lift it over the fence which he did as a professional crane operator do definitely use again great

Definitely recommend
I've ordered a couple of times now from this company, they always follow up with a phone call to arrange delivery. Their driver (I've had the same one) is amazing. It can be quite difficult sometimes to get to where I live due to how people park, but he always manages it, or he will go out of his way to ask people to temporarily move their car's so he can safely get his lorry down.

Visited the wincanton branch today to enquire about acoustic panelling that was in stock. Manager Jez was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. I was shown the range of colours that they had and Jez even helped load into the car! I will be definitely visiting again for more DIY projects supplies! Thank you again Jez!

I have used this company twice this year and both times equally good. This time ordered by the web site and it was quick and simple , delivery arrived within a couple of days. Delivery driver was great dropping the bag exactly where I needed it despite having to avoid walls, cars, trees and over head cables, great job thank you

Stone for my drive
I ordered two 750kg dumpy bags of stone for my drive. Staff confirmed how much I required and arranged delivery for exactly when I wanted it. It was delivered promptly at the time requested and the driver slow dropped stone where I wanted it and just required a bit of raking over to complete. Very happy with service

Fantastic, Speedy Service from a Great Local Company
I needed two tonnes of hardcore and this company delivered in every sense. Ordered on Saturday, had a polite confirmation call the same day, and a delivery was arranged for Tuesday with a quick call on Monday.
The driver was excellent—courteous, helpful, and skilled. He called on arrival and expertly placed the dumpy bags exactly where I needed them, even navigating a tricky drop over a wall.
Super impressed with the entire process. Highly recommended!

They've been great
They've been great. I'm renovating my bathroom and there was some confusion about the sizes of wood I needed which they sorted. Also I changed my mind about the floor (I'm instead going to tile it, using backer board) and they were happy for me to return the expensive unused plywood I had bought. Good communication on the phone and helped me to sort what I needed.

Small order but pleased with the product, price, quick availability, friendly and helpful staff from my local branch in Fishponds, Bristol. When I started loading slabs into my car I was offered help from a member of staff who had observed, which I definitely appreciated. Thank you.
