**Avoid This Company - Terrible Service and Rude Staff**
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this furniture company, and I strongly urge potential buyers to avoid them. From start to finish, their customer service was absolutely appalling. The office staff were rude and unhelpful, making me feel like an inconvenience whenever I tried to address an issue.
The delivery team was no better—they showed up late without any communication and were shockingly rude during the delivery process. When I called the office to report their unprofessional behavior, the response was dismissive and downright insulting. It's clear this company has no regard for their customers once they've taken your money.
Buying furniture should be a pleasant experience, but this company turns it into a nightmare. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of other companies that value their customers and treat them with the respect they deserve.
