I bought it in 2023
I bought it in 2023. They are noe stopping their support for economy light from jan 2026.
Today i need help setting up my economy light, i asked for support. They are insisting me to purchase a 3 months subscription plan for support. I feel that is expensive for me and moreover it is useless. Because I told them when ther are going to stop support from jan 2026, whats the point in buying subscription now for 3 months!!!! My request to them was to give 1 month support plan. Or reduce the 3 months plan. They are not at all helpless. Initially everywhere they put like "we provide support quickly and easily" but they missed adding "only if you unnecccesary support plan"
I am totallyy dissatisfied.

As part of our transition to a new and innovative Plug-and-Play solution, we are phasing out our manual VPN setup and will discontinue support for manual setups effective January 1, 2026. Please note that although support will end, the manual setups will remain operational beyond this date.
All our existing manual setup customers have been informed about this transition in a timely manner. As a valued long-standing customer, you have also been offered a 50% discount on our Plug-and-Play routers.
Regardless of the transition to the Plug-and-Play solution, your manual setup is currently not operational. To troubleshoot this issue, you must have an active support plan. This policy has been in effect since January 2024.
Your request for a one-month support plan was not approved, as such a plan is not offered. If you subscribe to a three-month support plan, you will be covered until nearly mid-December, which is just before we fully transition to the Plug-and-Play solution and discontinue support for manual setups.
We value your loyalty and would be happy to help you troubleshoot the current issue and/or transitioning to the PnP solution.

Does exactly what it says on the tin
Practically plug and play setup, no problems connecting to corpo vpns across the pond for months. Support is easily available but haven't needed it at all. Be sure to have sufficient upload speeds at home base(30mbps+) so the gear can do its part. Worth every penny.
