You pay €6.99 via Apple Pay to receive a €4.50 charge. However, when checking the Apple Pay invoice, it shows €5.78 + €1.21 VAT. This raises a question: where does the difference of €1.28 (€5.78 − €4.50) come from?
Could you please clarify this discrepancy? Also, on what basis is the charge applied—does it occur simply when the phone starts ringing, even if the call is not actually connected?

Make sure:
-you have the latest app version installed on your device.
-you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider.
-your Internet connection is not very slow and thus cannot connect you to our servers.
To ensure a high successful connection and call quality, please set up your Caller ID (the number showing up on the screen of the person you call). You can find the option in the app Menu.
1. Go to the app menu, tap "More", select "Set my Caller ID" and enter the number you'd like your friends and family to see when you call them.
2. Shortly after, you'll receive an SMS with a Verification Code. Simply confirm the verification code on the same page and your Caller ID is set.
