Data breach reported by google password…

Data breach reported by google password manager: email address associated with my account gets changed on 29th may, they start blaming multiple users rather data breach reported by google. I didn’t receive any login attempts nor OTP but my account email gets changed without any notice. They are still not accepting nor denying data breach.

They have gone mad

They have gone mad. In order to stop people from sharing accounts, they are targeting their legit buyers as well. Now you cannot use your keepa account in your laptop, if you have logged in to your pc already. Moreover, if you use vpn for any purpose, they will restrict your account. They have a glitch in their website, where the website keeps reloading and tools are not accessible. If you contact them, they will point fingers on you and tell you that, you must be sharing accounts and you must be using any proxy.

Littte to no added value if you are doing Online, Retail Arbitrage and Amazon FBA
Pretty bad customer service
My advice : do NOT follow "blindly" influencers selling their Training and asking you to only buy Keepa. If you are curious just buy it for one month but don't ever buy a yearly subscription, you will be literally trapped.

they put me on an auto renewal (that i never asked for), I contacted the same day I saw renewal notice and they had already charged my card that day. I immediately asked to cancel - they said "no", we don't refund ever. I consider horrible way to do biz, charged $200+ for service never asked to renew - and will never use. bad karma for them.

Cancelled my subscription and was still charged, after contacting them they don’t care and told me I didn’t. Won’t refund despite being a few hours after charge. Awful customer service, just blanked me. Would avoid, premium is not worth it

Hackers gang and looted my subscription

My account was hacked and after emailing then for 3 days. They denied to help me and stand with hacker. I asked them to atleast cancel the but they didn't niether they refund. Hacker I enjoy paid subscription and they are encouraging it.

No Refunds

This company will not refund your purchase price if you decide their services are no longer beneficial to you. I bought a years subscription cause I wanted to see if the software would help me but the next day I decided it was not worth the money I paid for it (about $300 CAD) so the next day I canceled my subscription as asked if I could get refunded and was basically told there is no refund policy. This is 2020 my dudes every online service has some sort of refund policy. Absolutely pathetic company
