Beautiful shop wide variety to choose from. All the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable I never felt rushed or pressurised. A special mention for Denise whose input was invaluable in helping me choose the sofas and chair for my living room. The delivery men were very courteous and took great care when placing the furniture. Very happy with the look and quality of the products.

Excellent experience
Very pleasant staff in shop, on hand for advice and information but also not overbearing. Delivery was excellent, on time, efficient and everything went smoothly. We bought a pale coloured sofa, it arrived wrapped in protective cover so no possibility of it getting damaged or marked. Love both Keens stores, such a great range of stock

Very helpful staff, both instore and delivery. Delighted with products purchased, which fit in well with my revamped living room. Costs reasonable.
Delivery staff were extremely careful to ensure no damage to my house bringing in furniture, and very clean - removing shoes and placing coverings down to protect my floor.
