The people in the shop: it's always the people that make the difference. There's always a warm welcome. They leave you alone to browse when that's what you want, but if you're unsure about anything they know their products, they're very helpful and give great advice. They always make sure purchases are well-packed and help you get them to your car.
Did I mention the product lines and selection of items on sale are great and you don't find them elsewhere?

Bought a new sofa for our living room. Very pleased with our service, in shop staff very helpful. Very accommodating with our delivery date as wanted to wait until living room was painted and new carpet down. Cancelled first date and no problem at all. For delivery given a 2 hour slot which was great and guys very considerate even taking their shoes off when entering our new decorated room. Overall very pleased.

Two very pleasant young men arrived with my chair at the specified time. They put down a sheet to save any debris on my hall carpet. They went the extra mile when they removed their shoes while building my chair in the living room. I have not experienced this level of customer care for quite a while. Well Done Keen’s

Fantastic service at great prices. Was in contact with Cathy at the Outlet shop on the Tuesday as needed our new studio furnished within a few days. Visited stores that afternoon, got all we required between the Outlet and Denise at Main Keens store.
Delivered Friday afternoon. All brought in and set up by their delivery guys. Have been back and purchased few other items since and just waiting on our next delivery.
Could not fault this company in any way. Due to having their Sale on we got some really great deals and we are not finished yet!

My piece of furniture (an armchair) is excellent quality and was reasonably priced. The chair was delivered on the date that was promised. All staff involved were polite and friendly.
