I placed a uniform order with Keek & Birdie back in late February, spending over $2,000 with this company, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Our season ends this week, and the extra jerseys that were part of the order still have not arrived. Because of the delays, I had to purchase additional jerseys out of my own pocket just so my team would have something to wear.
When the hats finally arrived, they were incorrect. The color around the logo was wrong, and the bill was extremely long — something you cannot accurately judge from a photo. That is the responsibility of the business producing the product, not the customer. Once the hats were in hand, the issue was obvious, but the seller refused to correct it.
The business also never disclosed that the products were being made overseas. Had that been communicated upfront, I would have expected longer timelines and potential quality issues. Instead, we were given the runaround for months with no transparency about where the products were coming from or why they were delayed.
I asked for a refund for the incorrect hats, and the seller only issued $100 — which doesn’t even cover the cost of the two extra jerseys we ordered and still have not received. It also doesn’t cover the additional hats and jerseys I had to buy myself so the team would have uniforms during the season.
When I raised these concerns, the response was dismissive, and the business claimed the matter was “resolved,” even though the products delivered did not match what was shown or promised. The customer service has been unprofessional, and the accountability is nonexistent.
I would not recommend this company to any team, parent, or coach. The delays, incorrect products, lack of transparency, and refusal to resolve issues have caused unnecessary stress and significant out‑of‑pocket expenses.
