Went out to look at a Dacia Duster that I wanted to buy. Met Stephen at 9.30am who was extremely friendly towards me. Spend time with me going over the detail's of the car and options available to me. I was driving home in my new car by 5pm the same day. Would highly recommend Kearys in Kinsale Road.

Very poor service. No one to answer the phones. When you eventually get through the staff don't give consistent answers.
Expected to pay €180.00 for a coolant change.
This is ridiculous billing.

I bought a 222reg. Clio with 31K on the clock from David, a very nice gentleman. Unfortunately, my pleasant experience ended there. I took delivery on the 26th of January 2024. When driving back from Limerick on the 24th of February, a warning light came on saying check anti pollution system. I contacted David the next working day, and he told me that the car was under the manufacturer's warranty and to contact Kearys garage at Kinsale Roundabout to have it repaired. When I contacted the service department, I was told that the earliest appointment was 9 am on Friday, 5th April.I dropped the car in as agreed last Friday, which means its now off the road for 6 weeks. I contracted Kearys workshop today Monday 8th April, to know when I could collect the car, and I've been told it will be another 2 weeks as they are waiting for a part which is on back order. I've worked in the motor trade and in transport generally since 1960 and had some bad experiences but I think this one is the worst of all.

Jess was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly to deal with. I was very satisfied with my experience with Keary’s.

This was the easiest car purchase ever! Conor was professional, polite and extremely helpful. Everything was explained and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend Kearys and Conor in particular to anyone looking to buy a new or secondhand car.

Kearys in Midleton sold my wife a Duster (4 years old(. All warning lights came on during the drive home from the garage. Is currently being 'repaired ' with them for the 3rd time in months. The replacement Duster they gave us just broke down. I would never buy a car from them again and we are currently talking to our solicitor about getting a refund.

We were dealing with Jess trying to find the right car and she couldnt have been more helpful. She had great patience and guided us through the different models and helped us figure out the best one for us. Very helpful and customer service was excellent. Would definately go back.

I was served by Brooklyn Kelly in Belgard Dacia who really took care of me as I didn’t have an appointment and my wife was sent from Cork maternity hospital to the Coombe in Dublin. The night we arrived both headlights blew. I couldn’t be without a driveable car and Brooklyn and the team were great to get me in, do a diagnostic, replace the bulbs, align the lights and even gave the car a wash. Many thanks for all your help

Kelvin Flanagan is an excellent salesperson .We dealt with Kelvin three years ago purchasing our first Tuscon Hybrid. The sales transaction was handled very efficiently from start to finish by Kelvin.A great amount of time was afforded to us explaining the cars features on handover.The follow up was very good .Kelvin contacted us the following day to see if everything. Had a pleasant experience dealing with Jess in kearys Belgard. She went above and beyond to meet my budget with upgrading my car to something bigger with recently having a baby. Delighted with my koleos!

I got tyre pressure warning. No matter what I did, the warning did not go away. Went to service to get quote on replacing the pressure valves, since the car is 8 years old, I asked for all 4 to be replaced. 74 EUR each valve, expensive, but ok. but their service fee for removing tyre, installing the new item and code it to the car, was almost 400 EUR. I know businesses need make money, but for a 30 min job, charging 400 EUR, that is insane. Went to a small garage, they had valves for 35 EUR, and installed them for 80.
