Ordered and paid for the skip online - a very easy site to navigate. Able to choose skip size and arrange a delivery day.
Good communication with Immediate confirmation/ information by email and on delivery and collection days text notifications to say lorry was on route.
Very good service, I will definitely use again.

Paid upfront for the skip to be…
Paid upfront for the skip to be delivered for the morning of the 15th that's AM
Phoned them up when it got to 12 .15 pm and was told they would get in touch with transport and chase it up
Got to 4..20pm and still no skip
Phone them again and they replied with they had a problem with one of their vans and said did I still want it today or the next morning
I was outraged and said I had paid upfront for a skip for a AM delivery and that I wanted today
I hired the skip for 48 hours but they wasted 9 hours delivering it
I did get 1 apology but no mention of compensation or anything I will not be using this company again
Do not pay upfront for your skip with this company as it seems once they have your money customer service go's our the window

Apart from the delay for driver to collect skip, after it had been filled ( Due to high volume of work load and demand) They are a very good and realiable service. Would definitely use them again!! 👍
