Disgraceful conduct
We had an awful experience with KC Cabins Solutions Ltd. They demolished our boundary fence and damaged our property while delivering a cabin for their client. Despite repeated assurances (both verbal and in writing) that they would reinstate the fence at their own cost, they later refused and even tried to charge us for repairs to damage they themselves caused!
We literally had to escalate the dispute in small claims court, where the judge predictably ruled in our favour.
The whole process caused months of stress, security issues, and financial loss. In our experience, they were unreliable, professionally negligent, manipulative, misleading, and unwilling to take responsibility for the damage they caused. The fact that we had to win a court judgment (to the tune of several thousand pounds) just to get them to do the right thing says it all!
I would strongly advise avoiding this company.
