We (Chelvaa Homes PVT Ltd) have recently engaged with KBS corporate for a potential care home opportunity. The process was very smooth and communication was very effective. Jack (Transaction analyst) was professional and transparent with the whole process. We highly recommend KBS for the potential clients and for their professional conduct throughout the whole process.

Beware of this company. I spoke to a sales man called Joe about wanting further information on e commerce wedding stationery and signage business. I explained I was a cash buyer who wanted further information. It's been over 8 days and I have found out having signed a NDA 8 days ago that the seller doesn't want to release further information on their business. Why is the seller on their site if they don't want to release information? If the seller doesn't want to release information to a cash buyer, then why are they listed on their website. Beware of the company as well as their process. They gather information on you and then decide not to release information. It's a joke in terms of professionalism. Be careful with this company. I would have given them zero stars.

We tried to purchase a cleaning company through this agent, and the service was appalling. The agent never passed our message to the vendor, ignored our follow-ups, and failed to acknowledge my last two emails altogether. A total lack of communication and professionalism. If this is how they handle serious buyers, I can only imagine how poorly they treat everyone else. Absolutely not recommended.

probably the most annoying spammers out there, constantly writing and emailing, just keep on blocking and would never use because of that

This company keep sending me unsolicited emails. For this reason alone, I will never do business with them.

Terrible - communication has stopped and despite emails, no one is replying. I have nothing good to say. Encouraged to put the business on the market - told it was likely to sell quickly and 3 years on no real interest. I have struggled to find the business on line - so not very well marketed/promoted. They took £2500 to market - but cannot see where it has been spent. The sales person overvalued the business to encourage the initial listing and fee. I have dropped the business by over 70%. Communication is so poor - please do not go with these people.

Would suggest that KBS Corporate are unable to do even the most basic of research before wasting paper and my time.

Selling a family business is one of the most important decisions in one's lifetime. I have to admit it was far more stressful than I envisaged. However, Nathan Leah our associate from KBS made the process more manageable, providing assurance every step of the way. What an asset to KBS. Nathan was able to negotiate diplomatically on our behalf during some difficult meetings. Nathan was reliable and would always return my calls at his earliest convenience and maintained professionalism at all times. The fee structure was very fair in comparison with some others and easy to understand. I would certainly recommend KBS for any business sales.

Recently I used an email address for the first time to test out who I suspect was selling our data, and since we have been bombard by companies like KBS using our little to unknown .co.uk email address over the .com one.

Why would anyone deal with spammers?
