I recently worked with Will Griffiths at KBS Corporate to sell my company, and I'm really glad I chose them. Will was professional from day one, super knowledgeable about the whole process, and he managed to get us a solid deal with a really good buyer that I'm happy with.
That said, it wasn't a smooth ride by any means—the sale had its fair share of delays, unexpected hurdles, and moments of real frustration that tested everyone's patience. There were times when things felt like they were dragging on forever, and it was stressful trying to keep the business running normally while dealing with all the back-and-forth.
Through it all, though, Will stayed calm, kept things moving forward as best he could, and was always straight with me about what was happening (or why it wasn't). He didn't sugarcoat the tough bits, but he also made sure I didn't lose sight of the bigger picture or get too down about the setbacks.
