I can’t begin to explain hot AWFUL my hair looks. I pod 850kr for a trim+balayage. The balayage looks like thick cheap bright blonde stripes in my otherwise brown hair and the hair cut it choppy, despite the ‘teacher’ ‘correcting’ the haircut. It literally looks like I’ve clipped in fake yellow strips of hair. Honestly I’m gutted I can’t put a picture up of how bad it is because I can not do it justice by just describing it. I literally look like the meme of the woman with awful thick highlights.

My appointment was at 10.30 and it said that the treatment should take about 4 hours. It took so long that I was the last customer in there and they ended up rushing me out of there, without having shown me the back. Had I been given time to look at the hair I wouldn’t have paid. Quite frankly they shouldn’t have let me pay it looks so bad. To make matters worse as they were trying to rush me out both the students and teacher kept going on about ‘wow the colour is so nice, it looks so good!’ It was only when I questioned one of the thick blond stripes and the 10cm long dark root I had that they admitted it wasn’t good and that I should come back for them to fix it.
I will not be going back because I simply don’t trust that even the ‘teachers’ know what they’re doing.

I have had my hair cut there a few times before where i have had the same experience of almost being thrown out due to it taking much longer than expected, where the teachers have just said it looks fine and sent me on my way, to which I’ve had to go home and try to cut strangely long and choppy bits myself.

There seems to be a feeling that the students are in the way if they ask the teacher for help so they don’t dare ask for help resulting in bad hair cuts and now an awful head of highlights.

Honestly where they get the pictures on their Instagram I do not know. Because not once have I left there with a decent head of hair. I think I’ve finally learnt my lesson. It’s not worth saving money by coming here!

I had a beautiful haircut today. My hairdresser was Natalie, she was very careful, professional and polite. My hair is so much healthier now and I received wonderful advice on how to arrange my hair. ♥️

I usually don’t like going to the hairdresser, however, they were really gentle and sweet - and they did exactly as I told them too. Afterwards, you also get it checked by the sweetest manager - so it is impossible not to walk out of the door happily! I would strongly recommend the place! Stine

Første gang jeg var på Kbh Frisørskole (Frederiksberg afdelingen) var august 2019. I dag var jeg der for 4. gang på 9 måneder. Fik Olaplex behandling, klip, og farvet og rettet bryn. Er virkelig glad for stedet, eleverne er dedikeret og det er underviseren også. Gik derfra og følte mig smuk og godt tilfreds med resultatet. Glæder mig til næste besøg 🙂

I have had my eyebrows coloured and corrected and my hair cut, and also once highlighted, the past 4 times at the school in Frederiksberg. The pupils are sweet and dedicated and the teacher does his best to make sure you look your very best when you leave the salon. I look forward to next time I want to pamper myself.
