I’m extremely disappointed with the overall experience. I’ve spent over £600 expecting a professional, “celebrity standard” service, but unfortunately received one of the poorest experiences I’ve had with hair extensions — certainly not something I would say is even worth half the price paid.
The latest fitting was particularly bad, with tapes placed in such awkward and visible positions that I cannot wear my hair naturally or tie it up without extensions showing from every angle. I also repeatedly had to seek additional blending elsewhere after appointments because the finish looked uneven and unnatural.
What disappointed me further was the handling of my concerns. Instead of feeling listened to and reassured, I felt the response became defensive and argumentative rather than solution-focused.
For the prices charged, I genuinely expected a far more professional result and customer experience.

Over the time you attended appointments with me, you never raised concerns regarding the blending, placement or finish directly with me and had in fact always expressed that you were happy with your hair. Had any concerns been raised during your appointments, I would absolutely have worked with you to adjust or rectify them at the time.
Hair extension placement and methods can vary between appointments depending on the condition, growth and suitability of the natural hair at that stage. When we first began your extension journey, a hybrid method was used due to the length of your natural hair. Going forward, tapes alone were advised as suitable for your hair.
I was disappointed that concerns were not brought to me sooner directly, particularly before conclusions were formed based on opinions from third parties who were not involved in your consultations or fittings.
I always strive to provide the highest level of service and care to all clients and I’m sorry that on this occasion you feel unhappy with the result and have gone directly
to the internet to leave a negative review about my business as it’s always not a nice experience to have.
I wish you all the best moving forward and once again sorry i wasn’t in the country at the time to help fix your issue with your hair.

They care so much! The way they took care of me and handled a mistake not even on their part with so much grace and care just made me so greatful I chose to buy extensions from them. Thank you so much for being humans that care so much about the people buying your products ❤️

Hair extensions are very thick and super shiny. That's 3rd time I order and I love their products. Shame I picked wrong shade . But its fixable . Thank you for the service as well . I received them within a day after asking if I can get them before Xmas. Love you guys . Happy holidays !
