Great keyboards, great support service which helped me to get my keyboard in no time, very good quality assemble.

i purchased the holy60 case, honestly solid case and one of the most aesthetic cases i’ve seen, but that’s not why i’m giving 5 stars, the rubber for some reason i couldn’t not find, but legitimately fastest customer service i’ve seen in a while, food places take longer to fix your order, sent 1 email and Jean was the person who helped me, sent me another pair and came within 3 days. thank you guys again, love my case and great service!

We purchased 2 keyboard kits, a MK3 and a Tofu65. Everything is packed with extra supplies and included torx screwdrivers.

Unfortunately the Tofu65 PCB had an issue and the bottom row of keys didn't work. Customer support was very helpful, and sent a replacement after confirming the issue (thank you Jean). Very positive experience overall.

Just perfect, I was looking for an actual good mechanical keyboard but more suiting my needs. And the only real way to get what I wanted was a custom made keyboard. Since I don't have the experience to do such a thing. I went with kbdfans. And my experience was perfect. Although the delivery was pretty quick, the only downside was the overcharge from customs. But I live in Switzerland so it's pretty common to get customs overcharge here.

Apart from that, the keyboard is actually crazy good and is exactly like I imagined. You can go eyes closed with them.

Quality of product is incredible, everything is above beyond expectations in that regard. Only problem I had was to do with shipping and delivery.

I paid £36 delivery on the website and it was stated as being 2-3 days or 5-7 days depending on how remote you are. The product took 2 weeks to arrive and had very limited tracking information. When it arrived in the country I was asked to pay for customs by the delivery company which was an additional £65. I was informed about a possible delivery charge on top but they did not disclose the exact amount until after it arrived in the country.

Again, product is exceptional, company is trustworthy, but delivery and communication aren't a strong-suit.

Be careful they don't disclose being from china and they ask you for money after.

Have ordered some many things from KBDfans, and I'm NEVER disappointed. Especially with the customer service. Jennifer is always on hand to answer my questions and help me troubleshoot.

Jean was incredible helpful when an issue came up with something I had ordered. The whole experience and the help they offered was top notch.

Excellent service. I ordered the Tofu Fa with Gateron Oil King switches and lubing service. Their response time was incredibly fast whenever I reached out. Highly recommend checking them out for all the beginners and keyboard enthuasiasts out there.

amazing customer support.
had a weird firmware issue (reversed caps lock light) and they (Jean) helped me get it sorted in minutes via the chat function: gave me a link to download an update and gave clear instructions on how to do it. easy fix.

Best online/ live customer service I’ve experienced by far! Alice was prompt with my issue and supported me the whole way, Alice was able to provide all the necessary troubleshooting to try and resolve my issue. Alice was also very kind and friendly too and willing to go that extra mile to make sure all areas of my issue were looked at. Keep up the great work Alice! Will be telling people to buy from KBDfans in the future!

The customer service was very considerate. Alice notified me about a scratch on the keyboard before shipping out, which led me decide to not accept it and swap it with another keyboard, so they ended up shipping a new board. Super easy to deal with and the whole process happened very quickly!

Easily the best customer service I've dealt with in some time. Jean was able to handle my problem without breaking a sweat. Absolutely over the moon with his assistance.

bought a prebuilt preorder and it came out perfect. exactly what i wanted, using the keyboard right now it's NICE. customer service was awesome

I used the chat feature to get some troubleshooting support for one of my boards. I was speaking to an actual person (which can't be taken for granted these days) within seconds. Jean was patient, gave me useful information, and asked me questions to help troubleshoot my PCB. They even sent me links and photos to instruct me what to do. Even more, they were understanding that I may have potentially had a faulty PCB and offered a discount on a new one because I was outside the warranty window. It all turned out to be okay, but this was real customer service.

Outstanding CS team. Jennifer, especially, handled all the issues like a professional. I had several issues but got it resolved as soon as possible.

Ordered a Tofu Redux case for my Wooting 60he. The case wasn't cheap for starters and neither was the postage to the UK, which is fine it was my choice to buy. Annoyingly though, after installation I noticed the case isn't 100% flush/straight. When laying on a flat surface the case wobbles, which is noticeable when typing. Not really ideal for such an expensive accessory that was supposed to enhance my keyboard...

The case it's self looks nice so that's something.

I'm sure someone from customer service is going to ask me to return the case in exchange for a replacement but quite frankly I really can't be bothered taking my keyboard apart again, repacking the case for postage and then taking it to a postal office to be delivered.

Responded to my support query within hours, gave me a couple of options to try.

When we came to the conclusion a new part was needed, it was sent out straight away and free of charge.

Legitimately the best support experience I've ever had and will for sure be a returning customer next time I need a new keyboard (but for now I love my Tofu 65 2.0).

I had a Tofu case that was warped and wobbled on a flat surface. I contacted KBDfans support through their website and dealt with Jean. They were very helpful and even sent a video of the replacement before it shipped. Very professional and good customer service.

Customer service really went above and beyond to help me reroute a package already in transit. product itself is great quality.
