First time buyer but very pleased with the experience. Shipping was fast and got exactly what I ordered.

I got no email confirming my purchase.
The online view of my order has no details lines, so no listing of what I purchased.
The order has been held up at customs as they want $469 AUD for import fees, because you put a value docket on the delivery of over $2000 US. In australia, imports under $1000 AUD are not charged Import fees. The actual amount you charged me was $394.02 US.
This is a complete cluster fruck!

If my order doesn't get through Australian customs (because you screwed the paperwork), I'd like to be refunded for my purchase please.

Great pricing and excellent customer service

I received the wrong part, I needed 9mm belt instead of 6mm. They are VERY close to one another, so it's easy to see how they got mixed up. I sent an email to support, the replied within 30 minutes and they overnighted the 9mm belt, it arrived in less than 24 hours. Problem solved! Great service!
