This is the best online boutique. So much selection of great and high quality bathing suit brands with very competitive prices. Customer service is superb. Anytime I have had questions about fit, style or any issues with sizing, I have been very quickly contacted back and all my questions were answered. If I ever had any issues with a received order they were always addressed and resolved. The customer service is very caring, attentive and friendly. Always goes above and beyond to help with any issues. The quality of products offered and they way packages arrive is very caring. Packages are package with a lot of care and attention. I recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

If I could give zero or negative I would. This company is SO SHADY! Do not buy from them. I followed their return policy to the T and they refused to refund me, sent me a gift card code - which was INVALID and DOES NOT WORK! And this is not a small amount of money. Tried to contact thru their social media and they blocked me. DO not trust or buy from them. Not only that, it took several weeks to receive my orders. I will also add that I used my credit card for one purchase which the credit card sided with me and refunded me. Well, kayokoko decided to deduct that amount plus $50 from my gift card, even though they had all their merchandise back, which is also unacceptable. Since it was their fault. Thanks.

One star is too many. Order paid for and never shipped. Customer service will not respond. When I made a comment on their Instagram page regarding my customer service issue they deleted my comment. How unbelievable! Filing complaint with my credit card company now.

We really wish we had first checked the online reviews about this company. SadIy we didn't and now experiencing the same bad service as other previous posters.

We placed an order and then never heard from them, despite their website stating they would deliver within 10 days. I sent several emails asking for an update, never heard any replies, and when I did finally get one, they didn't even know what order I was referring to - despite having never been a customer with them before. They then claimed to have been waiting for a response from me about a sizing issue, due to items I ordered (and was charged for) no longer being in stock. I never received this alleged email from them. They then stated the order had been shipped, with several items missing - and still, I've never seen an actual order update - or shipment email - stating any of this. When I pointed this out to them, suddenly I receive these emails - and shipment finally takes place several days later - meaning, it hadn't shipped when they said it had. Clearly this is a very badly organised company which is not honest with its customers. We have no idea what is actually going on. For anyone thinking of purchasing with them, think twice - you might not get any items at all - and you'll spend a lot of time trying to get information out of them, which might not even be accurate or honest.

I ordered a swimsuit from them on 6/4/19. I received an email back confirming my order was in stock and would be shipped within 7 days. I also signed up for email and text alerts for shipping alerts. It had been a week and I heard nothing no shipping confirmation no text alerts. So I emailed them and asked if my order had not shipped yet to just cancel. I received an email back that my order was to go out the next day. So 3 more days go by no shipping conformation or no text stating order has shipped. So once again I email and I was told the same thing again. They obviously have no idea where my order is so I told them to just refund my money and yet no response. My payment went through PayPal so hopefully I will get my refund. I would not recommend anyone order from them unless you don't need it for a few months. I will update this if someone contacts me to resolve this
