Had been loyal to different Garage door company in the region. Became disillusioned after the automatic door started playing up and the service costs from the other company were almost the same as a Quality Door from Kay Garage Doors. When I visited the Kay showroom they proved that customer and service can be combined. From the initial contact to completion we received a superb service and quality installation. Very pleased with our new garage door which has all the benefits of insulation, good draught seals, motorised raising / lowering, and NO WOODEN POSTS TO ROT … as we had with our original up-and-over door! Very efficiently installed in the timescale predicted, and all debris removed.

We are extremely happy with our new garage door. Scott and the team were all brilliant to deal with and they did everything they said they would do on time and to an excellent standard (even though they encounter issues with the squareness of the garage during fitting).

We also thought that the pricing was very fair.

Very pleased with Kay Garage Doors. From first initial query, inspection and then fitting they have kept us informed. On the day of fitting it was completed in under three hours and they left the garage neat and tidy. Invoice in quickly as I requested and receipt and guarantee sent out within 24 hours. Surveyor was professional and knowledgeable about the available options. Delivery time was ahead of original estimate. Installation also done efficiently and professionally with zero mess.
